I always have a wonderful experience at this location. Staff are super friendly and attentive, and food is always hot and fresh. I recently had the chicken tenders fill-up meal with a strawberry shake, and it was absolutely delicious!

Had to wait 20 minutes for food and the line was already very long. They forgot my gravy and a fork and when I went back to the window they said I had to go through the drive through all over again. Do better bruh, maybe if you didn’t forget my food I wouldn’t even be here. ☹️👎

The portion sizes at this particular KFC location are way off. I ordered the K7 meal for $15.00—after tax, it came to around $17. What I received was a tiny drumstick and two half-thighs maybe. Definitely not worth the price.

I have to be honest. KFC as a company used to have reasonably priced fresh and delicious chicken, but if there ever was a company committed to overcharging for mediocre food and no service this is it, and this location in general absolutely has given up. We ordered a family meal and 3 large diet sodas. This comes out to almost $70, and they were completely out of the syrup for the diet soda, and really didn't seem to care about.... anything really. For that kind of price, it's better to buy local. My mistake. The lobby was clean though, so that's something.

I normally have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and quick, the food is hot and fresh, and the inside dining area is typically clean. The only issue I've had is missing sauces which normally isn't a big issue, but when you're expecting to dip your chicken or smother it in hot sauce, it's awfully disappointing to get home and find no sauces. I also go here less since they got rid of the $30 family meal thru the app. I now prices have gone up, but also families are spending less and without deals, we just have to look elsewhere.

They say they close the lobby at 9 but I went at 845 just to get a root beer float and couldn’t because they close the door early. That is stupid that they are willing to close the door early and make less money.

Horrible service. Was told that door dash orders and drive through take priority over walk in. Staff was rude .took half an hour to get my food .manager was not on premises according to employees. Was told to call corporate if a had a complaint

One of the biggest dead beat places I've been to in a long time. I have had my fair share of fast food places, including "inflation." Except when one of my favored meals has DOUBLED in cost just to have the same EXACT service delivered, that's pure embarrassment. This location is a joke. Especially when 4 people in front of me walk out based on the insanity of cost.
