Great food and great service, often busy so it can take a while to get a table if you don’t mind waiting. Worth the wait, though.

Love this place. A must try. Best value for money for sushi in Bellingham.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They loved being able to pick from the conveyor belt

One of my favorite go to places. Very disappointed about the price increase, but understand why. Sorry to see the place was sold, really liked the previous owner.

I hadn't been to Kuru Kuru for a while until lunch yesterday. I was part way through the meal before I realized virtually everything was "just a little off." No one met me at the door, the server didn't offer to take my order in addition to the belt sushi, the plates were smaller and colors for kitchen orders did not match the prices on the wall, the kitchen order took an extended time to come up, the baked orders were not quite cooked through, the belt had significantly more junk on it and none of the staff smiled. When I was finished I put my credit card on my wallet, napkin on plate in front of me and fully 15 minutes later had to actually grab a server on the way by to get her to create my bill. All of this lead me to wonder if the establishment hadn't changed hands. When I looked this up on line I found to my dismay it is now owned by Zen, one of the worst ten sushi restaurants in the state. MY guess is that it is on it's way down hill. RIP Kuru Kuru.

I got this delivered, this was some of the best sushi my partner and I have ever had. It was warm even after delivery. Well cooked ingredients especially the scallops. Hands down the best part is the pricing. Anyone can go here and find something they like at a very affordable price.

We enjoy coming here, never disappointed with the food, but not the best around either. Prices are going up a bit but that’s understandable. Seating can feel a little cramped at times.

The food was lack luster. I had the cucumber dish and the cucumbers seemed old. No variety on the belt. Will not return.

I am a sushi lover. I will eat good and bad sushi just because I love it and seafood in general. This place did not have bad sushi. It had fantastic sushi. The nagiri was lovely and a perfect texture. Their specialty/unique rolls were delicious and genuinely different than the usual mashing of crab rice and seaweed. Staff was kind and quick!
