'50s Diner Bar Cafe = Kitchy cute! Go for the cocktails, stay for the taco salad. The mac 'n cheese is its own thing with a mix of sweet and spicy flavors (personally i always think penne is a copout for m&c, but that's just me). It's was pretty good shouldn't really be compared to other mac 'n cheese dishes. For us it was pretty creamy, and that's always a great start!
My guy got the crunchwrap and it was HUGE and delicious! The taco salad...omfg. ALSO HUGE, so be prepped to share, take home, or it's your only meal item. It's super tasty 😋 We couldn't put our forks down until we realized we were too full to move!
Staff was awesome and super accommodating as soon as we said we needed everything vegan. We sipped cocktails and played games, and it was a great little retreat before heading out of town. Make it a go-to stop every time you're in Bellingham!

I love it here. Amazing food, drinks, music, and staff! They can make all of their cocktails into mocktails which is great when you don’t feel like drinking or are sober. They’re super nice there and it’s a great place

I love the bartenders here! They’re so sweet and constantly checked up on us. Best cocktails I’ve had in Bellingham! I can’t even suggest one above the others. I’ve tried 5 or 6 now and they were all phenomenal. The best part about L&L is the food though. They have vegan crunch-wraps and vegan mac & cheese in addition to many great non-vegan options

I'm glad we finally checked out L&L! It was a chill Tuesday night during happy hour (4-7) and the atmosphere was perfect. Love the lighting, decor, music, and friendly service. Their mountain of nachos was tasty and filing, and they made the most delicious mocktail for us (blackberry mule). We look forward to returning!

Bellinghams best unofficial gay bar! Knowledgeable bar staff is welcoming, and makes a mean cocktail The crunchwraps are everything you wish a tacp bell crunches was. There are no TV's, which is really nice in a bar.
First time trying this place. Loved that they had vegan options. I really enjoyed the plant based jalapeño mac & cheese. They even had this whole wall of hot sauce! Found some habanero sauce was very good. They had some good mixed drinks. Not the biggest selection of tequila but the bartender went out of their way to go thru what they did carry. The bartenders were super nice and professional. Very cool atmosphere, they even accommodated our very large group. Nice little spot to get some good food and drinks.
