Our house-made lemonade infused with fresh rosemary. A recipe we stole from Cafe' Flora in Seattle, and (although they deny it) turns out the stole it from The Herb Farm in Issaquah.

Our house-made tonic is made with Peruvian red cinchona bark, lemon, lime, bitter orange peel, lemongrass, cardamom, and other spices.
House-Made Ginger Beer
Ginger Beer, as opposed to Ginger Ale, uses a much higher content of ginger; giving it more kick. Our recipe uses over 1 pound of fresh ginger per gallon. Lemon peel, fresh lemon juice, Kafir lime leaves, fresh thyme and cane sugar round out the flavor.

We ate outside on the patio while the street fair was going on. It was a lovely day. Highlight of my meal was the Pear Elderflower Collins. Very delicious. Pricey food for what you received, though the food was good. We had some dietary restrictions due to allergies, but Ayla, our server corrected the mistake just in time! The Cure Square Large Pizza was the favorite. I would come back again.

We shared 3 pizzas among the five of us and it worked out to about $25 per person, which is pricey for pizza but La Fiamma's are pretty good. We ordered the smoked salmon pizza, a longtime favorite, but the salmon on top was pretty sparse. I was disappointed that 2 out of the 3 pizzas were luke warm when they arrived but at that point we were too hungry to make a big deal about it.
