Lilias Mexican Cuisine

This is the first restaurant we've tried since arriving in Bellingham today. I love Quesabirria tacos and these guys serve the best flavored Quesabirria I've had to date, absolutely delicious! The restaurant is a really fun environment, the staff is friendly, and our to-go order was thoughtfully packed. We will certainly eat here again.

The best Mexican place in Bellingham 🎉 The food is amazing and I can not recommend the quasabirrias tacos enough, soo good 🔥 great atmosphere and great service. The Quac is really good too.

Sadly not consistent with food. Have gotten some of the same items from before and good was delicious one day and extremely sub par the next time we went. Quesabirria tacos the 2nd time we're all big chunks un flavored, and the Tortillas were super mushy. Even the chips were over done. Super sad as we did love this place and now unsure if the good food was a fluke or if this next time was the fluke

Lilia's is our favorite Mexican Food place! Just five minutes away from the shop they're a great place to grab lunch and play a few rounds of cards. The staff is made up of truly lovely people and the margaritas are fantastic so there's no way to go wrong here!

Get u some Border Delights! Ok so first off, always guage a Mexican restaurant by the chips and salsa! The chips here are light, airy and crisp. Salsa, well homemade for sure...a little mild for my border town San Diego taste but acceptable. You gotta get the guacamole!! Homemade or table side legit. Now, I ordered the Tacos De Camoronis,... shrimp tacos..dang!!! The 2nd best I've ever had and you know I've eaten a ton. A high recommendation if ur into a ton of shrimp with delicious filings and shell plus light rice and classic beans. Beers, draft, huge and margaritas big and uhhh strong. I rarely go 5 Star but the food and service rate this... Also the place is super clean bright colorful and classic.
