There was one hot and ready at 3:30pm. It was decent my kids ate and that's all that matters. Wanted a cheese got the only pizza made which was peperoni. Pizza was hot and fresh seemingly but the atmosphere was blah inside and kinda sad.

They keep saying pizza will be ready in 15-17min. They lie. It's done in about 12min (at least one person there I've seen start getting the just the dough+sauce ready the moment I walk in).
Created my custom pizza perfectly, unlike other pizza places. I'm lactose intolerant so I get pepperoni pizzas without the cheese, which is surprisingly hard to get these days. Only ever had one wrong order and they fixed it immediately. My grandma says their sauce causes a little more heartburn than other pizza sauces, so eat in moderation if you're prone to heartburn.
This particular little Caesars, seems to consistently undercooked the dough and there’s always raw parts to the dough.
I will say they consistently redeem themselves. If we make a complaint, they will either give us our money back or offer a gift card for a free pizza.
The staff are all very friendly and the Italian cheese bread and cheese puffs are always awesome.
