Let me just say my server, Rachel, I imagine back in the '50s at a diner in a rural area somewhere like Illinois or Ohio.... Was once a most incredible, personable, knowledgeable, kind server. Well she has been reincarnated and she works at the little cheerful! Food was incredible and Hardy and delicious and exactly is ordered. I have dined in at this place and loved that too but this time I had to go take out.

Great little cafe, customer service was a 10 all the way and the food was great. We were visiting from out of town and our waitress gave us great ideas for things to check out. I think her name was Rachel (I hope it is anyway) thanks Rachel!

I was early last week and went to Old Town Cafe. I won’t make that mistake again. OTC costs more for less food and they make a terrible poached egg. If you want plenty of avocado with your toast and perfectly poached eggs, then you want to go to Little Cheerful. I get the basic breakfast with a side of avocado. Hash browns are plentiful. I will not go anywhere else for breakfast. Great quality of food, great service, and excellent prices!

Great breakfast. The only detractor was the homeless person right outside looking in and flipping off customers which everyone ignored.

minus one star because of the wait. After ordering, we have to wait 40 mins until our food served. But it was worth the wait and it's really good! If you're around, better check this place for brunch

Probably the worst breakfast place in Bellingham. It’s incredibly loud and overstimulating because there’s no division between the kitchen and dining area. They pride themselves on service, but about 5 staff members ignored our group for about 10 minutes and helped 3 other groups that walked in after us. We had to talk to one of them working the cash register to be put on the list after waiting and being ignored. The waitress brought over the check after 12 minutes of having our food and was clearly rushing us out when we had only been eating for a little bit.
The food is decidedly mediocre and quite expensive. The mimosa is clearly made with the cheapest champagne, and the mocha had powder all over the rim. Really any other breakfast place in Bellingham is better for your time and money.
