Our foursome all ordered the Italian Dinner Special. We were informed after the food was being served that the Bellingham location does not do the special on Monday evenings even though I received an email from Lombardis with a menu link showing the dinner. The restaurant did honor the special pricing but specifically said that the Bellingham location doesn't do what the advertising said. We travelled quite a distance to have a nice dining experience which was not as enjoyable...
Lackluster service and mediocre food. We had to wave down the server to get beverage refills ... they were more interested in chatting with regular guests to the establishment (which we are but were ignored). Veal canneloni was very rich ... not their usual standard ... we hope the next visit is better.
My wife and I had our 44th anniversary dinner here. The food was wonderful and our server was both attentive and charming. Atmosphere was conducive to quiet conversations. Expect to spend about $50 per person if you have an appetizer and entree. This restaurant will be seeing us again.
