I placed an order online at 7:50 and it said it would be ready in 40 minutes by 8:30. When we arrived at 8:30, they said it would be another 40 minutes, as they had not even started on our order yet, which is ridiculous. Thankfully, they gave me a refund without hassle. After reading other reviews, the owner's ego seems too inflated to accept criticism, or they are trying to imitate Wendy's PR, which comes off as overly defensive, unprofessional, and a bit cringe. With that being said I will not give this place another chance.

Luchadora Burger doesn’t serve food it delivers a full-body flavor suplex straight to your face! These smashburgers come out of the truck like they’re ready to win a championship belt: crispy edges, melty cheese, and sauce that should honestly be bottled and sold as a life enhancer.
I had the Double and halfway through considered writing it into my will. Parked perfectly outside Wander Brewing like they know you’ll need a beer to emotionally process how good this meal was.
Worth the wait, worth the hype, and absolutely worth the calories. Five stars, a standing ovation, and a tiny burger-shaped tear rolling down my cheek.
The owner is awesome! Super funny and really sweet! She made me an off menu loaded fry basket that was out of control good!

Hours are inaccurate, planned to go here on a certain day they say they are open and they are closed. Guess they didnt feel like opening. Should update your hours if you are closed on mondays or temporarily closed. Guess i wont be checking this place out.

I got a burger and fries, boyfriend got a burrito. Great portion sizes. We ordered 4 sauces to try with the fries, amazing and some had a nice kick! The woman running the show was sweet and inviting. Loved the environment. Highly recommend!

This organization provided me with the best burger I've had in Bellingham. I got the Luchadora Double and it was excellent. I am very picky about my hamburgers. I want them to be a smash burger, crispy on the outer edges and not dry in the middle.I also want to have the whole package taste great. This burger was all of that. You can find burgers of this caliber in Seattle but Bellingham is generally lacking. Great job you guys!!

From their famed smash burgers (which are even better than you’ve heard), the humongous loaded burritos- looking at you el cholo, to their seasoned to perfection fries- they are raising the bar for food from a truck. Watching them catch their stride at the new location outside Wander Brewing has truly been a pleasure, trust me, I have personally benefitted from it! Vegetarian options: The ‘El Cholo’ burrito and impossible burger are standouts, my partner usually feels limited with vegetation options at most food trucks but here she’s never struggled to order something she’ll LOVE.

This is our favorite burger place in Bellingham, hands down. Every time we go, it’s delicious. Crispy edged burgers, perfectly balanced with lettuce, onion, pickles, and sauce? Yeah, it fits the bill for a food you’ll find yourself craving often
