Luchadora is a gem in the Bellingham community. They are consistently serving kickass food, genuine connections, and big smiles. From their famed smash burgers (which are even better than you’ve heard), the humongous loaded burritos- looking at you el cholo, to their seasoned to perfection fries- they are raising the bar for food from a truck. Watching them catch their stride at the new location outside Wander Brewing has truly been a pleasure, trust me, I have personally benefitted from it! They go above and beyond to cater to feeding their customers delicious food. I could go on and on, but you should really just stop reading- and go. Thanks Luchadora!
Vegetarian options: The ‘El Cholo’ burrito and impossible burger are standouts, my partner usually feels limited with vegetation options at most food trucks but here she’s never struggled to order something she’ll LOVE.

Had a line of online orders and still got my burger out super quick. The chopped & screwed was filthy delicious as described and the fries had some tasty seasoning. Vato Loco was great curious to try the other sauces!

This place is really a hit or miss. The first time I came I had an incredible burger. I was dying to get another, but ever since then it’s been really back and forth with it being good. They also take forever so be prepared to wait awhile!

Cannot recommend and would suggest to avoid this food truck. Placed order in person on 7/11 for 2 burgers and two large fries. When my order was completed they packed it in front of me and stapled the ticket on the bag. Both burgers were incorrect (not gluten free and not dairy free) and we were missing a large order of fries. Attempted contacting them via Facebook, email, and phone numerous times and have yet to receive a response, refund, or credit for the $52 of food we paid for and did not receive.

The most AMAZING burgers anywhere and the nicest folks serving it. We know a good burger and these guys are by far the bestest ever❤❤❤❤ my goodness so so so yummy. And their sauces are phenomenal. Its our most FAVORITE place to get our burger fix ❤❤❤❤❤❤?????the owner is a sweetheart. During summer pls be sure to bring them some cold water to drink.
