I'm so happy I found this place. They know how to make traditional espresso drinks and they have the equipment to do it well. All staff were friendly. And the space is nice and open.

The barista was super nice and had a great smile. The coffee, however, was just not on point. The espresso was very sour and lukewarm. The milk in the flat white almost covered it,but not quite. It was also not warm enough. I've had good coffee here in the past, so maybe it was an off day. If you like the whitewashed industrial vibe, you will like hanging out here. I don't, but a lot of people do. Prices are on the steep size. I've had much better coffee for less.

This review is for the folks like me who are looking for a reliable place to grab a croissant and coffee as a traveller. This is the place in Bellingham. Excellent croissant, and the Americano was flavorful, without an angry gut driving down the road.

Best matcha Latte in town, I just keep coming back for it! Seriously, it's not too sweet, ceremonial grade, and very smooth.
Their atmosphere is also very light and airy, it makes a great place to work or catch up with friends. I like their seasonal menu best, and when they have it, I always get the GF avocado toast with bacon.

Dietary restrictions: The offer a few gluten-free baked goods. They also usually have gluten-free bread on hand. I eat dairy and gluten-free, and I have been able to order food here. (I like the avocado toast) When ordered, their drinks are always totally dairy free (no issues with mix-up milks or leftover dairy residue). Fair warning; I don't have to deal with gluten cross contamination, so I am unaware of how good they are for that.

There is a roasted bean cafe in Bellingham. The shop is very large, and the floor-to-ceiling windows allow for good lighting. There are seating areas on the first floor and the second floor. The shop provides WiFi, and many customers are using computers. I ordered a cup of Colombian hand brew, which was delicious and the service from the clerk was also very good. I would like to come again.

Coffee was incredible and the pastries and breakfast sandwiches were the best in town! The single origin espresso was a pleasant surprise for us coffee nerds!
