What a cool place to get icecream
Extremely creative and hip! We are from out of town - and Bellingham - this is a gem!!
First off, the ice cream was delicious as always, however I just had the singularly weirdest customer service experience I have ever had here. It’s a hot day, with a line far out the door, and it took me near 15 minutes to get to the front, and when I did I saw no fewer than four employees (one actively working on an order) refusing to make eye contact with customers and performing prep work at a leisurely pace while we waited to be served. One employee was clearing out the tip jars without saying a word to the customers at the registers.
I understand they do not need to rush, but to ignore the extremely long line on a hot day and not prioritize getting orders moving was frustrating to myself and at least one other group of people who I shared a moment of confusion with. It seemed like a manager could have been useful to keep the line moving.
I don’t normally write reviews, but as someone who worked in food service before this visit seemed exceptionally strange from such a good company.
Yummy ice-cream and 1st time here.
Ice cream-delicious with creative flavors that will expand your palate. The strawberry balsamic, cardomom (my favorite spice), and the burnt honey were refreshing on a hot summer day!
Wasn't a fan of the location or the flavor I chose (that's on me though).
Good icecream. That part of downtown Bellingham has become a little crummy and run down though, which is sad.
Always a good time here, we take all visitors here. I just wish they had more vegan options!
20/10 the best ice cream around. The staff is incredible, helpful and knowledgeable. They take pride in what they do and it shows in the quality of ice cream they put out. Love that they support local farmers/purveyors. I will drive the 70mi to get this ice cream any day.
Another place for ice cream in Bellingham, unique environment; You've got to try this place

Some of the best ice cream in Whatcom County :) They are always getting in new unique flavors, though I always only get their Mint Oreo. It’s pricey for the portions imo, but it’s worth it once in a while

im lactose intolerant but i do make sacrifices for the right places (this is one of them)
Being a loyal customer for a decade and never being disappointed, I was shocked to find the place reeking with burnt garlic smell. Not wanting to back out, I ordered my ice cream and enjoyed it.....the real problem followed thirty minutes later when I showed up at a planned social event. Everybody I met wrinkled their nose and asked me if I had cooked anything spicy before heading there. The smell was in my clothes, my skin , my hair, everywhere. Highly embarassed. Never figured out why an esteemed ice cream parlor was cooking huge amounts of garlic.

I think about this place regularly and miss it so much. A must visit (maybe multiple times!) whenever I’m back in Bham!
