Market Street did amazing at delivering catering to my wedding! They communicate everything, they were on time with both deliveries, their set up was impressive and every single one of our guests LOVED every bite of food. They were so suprised and pleased to hear that everything was done by Haagen's. It was 1000% wonderful.

Was soo happy that we asked you to put together our Christmas dinner.....and then deliver it to the Ferndale store....generous portions and excellent quality. Your dressing was especially yummy! Thank you

Thanksgiving dinner in a box. Thank you Haggen's Grocery... You made dinner easy. I was pleasantly impressed by the amount and quality of the food for our table. Will definitely do this again for Christmas dinner.

Haggen’s Catering was easy to work with, accommodating of our special menu requests, reasonably priced and provided seamless services on our wedding day. We were able to attend a tasting prior to our event and work with Llodia to create our dream menu. Llodia and her team of professionals ran a smooth and efficient service the night of our wedding. Food was on time, the buffet had plenty of delicious food and it was displayed beautifully. The serving team filled waters and cleared dishes discretely. At the end of the evening we still had guests asking if there were any basil mashed potatoes left or crab cakes that they could take home… Thank you Llodia for helping make our day perfect!

Absolutely LOVED my experience with Haggen Catering! We had people raving about the food and presentation at my parents anniversary. We did NOT run out of food. If we had, I definitely would not put the blame Haggen. It would be because so many of our guests were hungry and loaded their plates or went back for seconds. But that did not happen. Great attention to detail. I highly recommend and will absolutely use them again!!! Thanks Haggen! You rock!

ZERO stars if I could. They ran out of food for my brothers wedding and caused us a HUGE embarrassment. Worst part? They didn't even reach out to us to apologize, we had to contact them after the wedding. You'd think it would be their first thing on the list to do.

Honestly an embarrassment. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The wedding was catered by this unprofessional company. Appetizers were not even given to the bridal party or family members as they were taking pictures. When it came time for the BUFFET, they ran out of food, as they had only counted on one piece of meat, chicken or fish per person. I'm sorry, I thought a buffet meant that people could serve themselves and basically eat whatever they want. People had to share food with those who didn't get an entree. Plates were not cleared, yes, some were, and others (some even right next to the ones that were cleared) sat there dirty for the whole night, while staff just stood there. When discussing this debacle with management, we were given many different answers to rectify the situation. No one from the company could get their stories straight, but if you were to ask all of the guests, they would all share the same story. If you're looking for a catering company for your event, look elsewhere.

ZERO stars if I could. They ran out of food for my brothers wedding and caused us a HUGE embarrassment. Worst part? They didn't even reach out to us to apologize, we had to contact them after the wedding. You'd think it would be their first thing on the list to do. We had appetizers that barely made its way around the event. So many people kept asking about appetizers and when it would make its rounds... I didn't even get any or seen the server for the appetizers. Then come to find out when I complained to the manager about the appetizers, he said they had leftovers. What?! How is that possible if they didn't touch and ask every single person at that event if they wanted an appetizer! The whole bridal party for sure didn't even get any! I was one of them! 40 people were left with no protein... only salad, potatoes and bread. How embarrassing!!!!! And we paid for a buffet style per person! What kind of company would run out of food like that?! Some people who had food offered other people food at the wedding and they were even strangers. What a nightmare. Then people who had dirty plates on their table asked me several times if their plates could get cleared... when I asked someone they told me they don't clear in until everyone is done with their food. Well, not everyone got their food so guess what? It sat on there for hours. Horrible!!! It was so embarrassing and hurtful that I have to hear that the reputation we have for my brothers wedding was that there wasn't enough food! Not everyone knew it was the caterers fault and now probably think we couldn't take care of our guests. When I companied at the wedding they tried to blame us. UNACCEPTABLE!! First of, just be more empathetic. Second of all, they knew darn well it was their mistake not ours. When I actually called them to complain I heard different versions from people. The first person told Me they were short a pan. The second who was a manager said they were trying to avoid an "overage of food" - again, not our problem. Would NOT recommend this company. They offered a partial refund in which I don't feel is enough for what they put our family through. The experience was AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Llodia and her team were amazing. We hired them for our daughter's wedding. Their wood board displays are gorgeous. Our guest's loved the food and the service. We were delighted with how well our family and friends were taken care of by their staff. The displays were colorful and tasty and the variety was appreciated by all. The staff was warm and friendly as well. Hiring them was a wonderful choice and I am so happy that we went with Market Street Catering in Bellingham!

I'm so unsure of how to rate Market Street. For the most part, they are 5 stars. But they failed in one huge way. Let me backtrack a little... This Thanksgiving I ordered our meal because I didn't want to have to cook. We picked it up Thanksgiving morning. Everything was packed into a big cardboard box and was chilled and ready to go at our pick up time. Later that day we were able to easily reheat the items (they come in packaging that can go in the oven or microwave) with no problems at all. We opted for the sliced turkey breast vs whole turkey. The slices were perfectly sliced and looked amazing. They tasted awful... like, to the point that I wondered if the meat was bad. This was 4 hours after picking up our order. I don't *think* that the meat was spoiled, it just tasted like it had been cooked 5 days prior and then stored in a smelly fridge where it absorbed the smells. I really have no explanation but I couldn't even stand a bite of it. The side dishes and pie were all perfect. And I mean everything was great! Especially the mashed potatoes and stuffing. However, the turkey was a huge part (and cost) of the meal. My husband ate some, but neither myself or my kids would touch it. All but 2 slices of it went to waste. Would I order from them again? Yes. Would I order meat? Probably not. I do intend to let their catering manager know about this quality control issue. If the turkey has been on par with the side dishes, it would have been 5 star all the way.

I won a holiday ham meal for 8 off of KISM and had to use it right away due to my work schedule. Susan took my order and was super nice and very helpful. I ordered friday night and was able to pick it up sunday morning at the Ferndale location. The meal included ice cream but was told I could pick it up a week later at the Sehome location, which wasn't an inconvenience for me. The ham was amazing and the sides were good but a little bland. We made salad, stuffing, mashed potatoes and corn chowder as well thinking we wouldnt have enough food. We had 8 people and ended up with tons of leftovers! Overall a great experience. Thank you Haggen, KISM and Susan!
