Gave this place the benefit of the doubt more than a handful of times and I'm consistently met with blatant incompetency. No matter the time of day there's always something wrong with the food. Missing items entirely, no sauce on burgers, cold burgers, stale AND cold fries, unblended drinks that should be. Just had to cancel an order that I put in at 11:45PM that said they were 'Wrapping Up' at 12:00AM and was stuck on that status for an hour, finally cancelled the order at 1:00AM. Won't be ordering or dining in here ever again.

I had an awful experience at this McDonald’s due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager and staff. The manager falsely accused me of recording them when my phone was just at my side, clearly not recording. Instead of focusing on customer service, they started making jokes about me to their staff, laughing, glaring, and making the entire experience uncomfortable.
After waiting 15 minutes for my food, they carelessly threw it into the boxes. When I commented to my friend that the customer service wasn’t great, the manager responded with attitude, saying I could leave if I cared that much. It was completely uncalled for.
This kind of behavior from management is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome or mocked just for expecting basic service. I won’t be returning to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a respectful dining experience.

They have a sign on the wall saying they'll kick you out if you don't eat your food within 20 minutes. That made me too nervous to even sit, I tried walking and eating my food, and dropped my burger on the asphalt outside.

Always with this location, can’t even use the drive thru due to panhandlers and the roaming homeless people on the property, yelling at you if you have a dollar or nodding off due to drugs, can’t fault the employees but they can also pickup the phone and call the police.

I ordered from here on Uber eats and was missing a pie, a cookie, and a root beer that had been replaced with a smoothie? It was a bit disappointing, but overall okay for 3am.
Great spot and location. For that quick pick up before the freeway. But if you are traveling double check your order. Ours made it out of the kitchen with no sausage patties and no receipt. So just make sure you get your receipt so you can provide proof of your order.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited at the front counter for a solid 15 min and got NO help what so ever. And as im leaving out the door some random worker yells at me "hey what are you here for?" Super rude but I shouldn't be surprised when this specific location has butchered my orders and food multiple times. Your a conglomerate be better

After being yelled at by Jeanette, I am truly never coming back to this place ever again. The manager with the purple-green hair decided to freak out on me when I asked her why I didn't recieve the correct order. I almost started recording, but she ran behind the desk when I pulled out my phone. Watch out for this location. Very, very bad news.
Jeannette hung up on me when calling in to check in on our orders. She was absolutely rude and completely unprofessional and I will NEVER come to this place again. Upon entering the restaurant, she completely disregarded everything i said to her and ignored me. We will definitely take our business to the other two locations in Bellingham. Never again.
