I ordered a pizza for pickup at a specific time. However, when I arrived, the order was not ready, and I had to wait 15 minutes for my pre-ordered pizza to be prepared. I ordered six ‘build-your-own’ pizzas with a request for a not-too-crispy crust. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the taste and the level of crispness. The crust was too thin, the taste was average, and the pizza was much crispier than I requested. I don’t plan to return.

I placed an order online for 2 Mod pizzas. I ordered a Dhillon (not sure about the spelling here) I added green peppers, vegetarian sausage and arugula to it. When I got it home I was extremely disappointed. They put literally 4 tiny pieces of green peppers, a single leaf of arugula and a crumb of sausage. I don't think I will ever order online again. This is a joke. I did not select "light" on any of my toppings. I selected the regular amount. If I didn't live so far away I would have taken it back. Why even bother asking for extras if your not even going to add any to the pizza

This place was very fast and very good. I am soooo happy that the ricotta is back! My usual order is spicy red sauce, ricotta, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and roasted red peppers. Try it out!

I ordered the so-called "Cheesy" Garlic Bread for the first time. It costs almost as much as a pizza for a piece of dough with garlic and little to no cheese. Perhaps they forgot the cheese? Too much rosemary as well. It was not good and they are charging way too much. I will not be making that mistake again! You would be better off ordering a pizza with no sauce, add some garlic and you can make sure they actually add enough cheese to make it cheesy.

The fellow who made my pizza yesterday (August 31st at about 5pm) did an excellent job. When I said extra pineapple, he DID NOT mess around! Great service from the whole team. I drive in from Canada to get MOD pizza because this is the closet location to me in Vancouver.
Love Mod! I have celiac, so they are super convenient for food on the go.

They never fail to impress me! Canadian here that goes down for the day and one of our cards wasn’t working and they offered to promo it! Luckily I had another working card and got it all settled accordingly but a gesture like that speaks loudly!
