Great spot, kind of trendy. It has nice tasting coffee and tea. It's very clean with comfy chairsThey have a nice outside area as well. Cool interior!Parking: Easy to find a spot because it's on the fringe of town and a neighborhood.

‘twas a bit pricey, even for a specialty coffee shop, but their snack and coffee quality are on point.

One of the worst mochas I’ve had

Our ocha was good but the peach blossom tea was unimpressive, especially at the stiff price. The almond croissant was just okayish - can't compete with the Breka croissant we have in Vancouver. The barista is nice & friendly.

We love the one in Everett (great coffee, great biscuit sandwiches, great staff!), and this place is just as great! The seating arrangement's not my fav (it's the somewhat clinical looking, white walls and high counters style that's so prevalent these days, not really *cozy*), but they also have a long narrow space to contend with, so it makes some sense.

Good service, good enough coffee, music a bit too loud for a morning coffee.Only gripe, and a big one, WAY overpriced!More expensive than some of the best coffee shops in some of the most expensive cities in the world. $6 for a cortado? Sorry, I don’t mind spending money but can’t justify coming back here for the prices. Didn’t feel good with the prices and then a recommended 20-25% tip on top of that for a short espresso drink. Bummer as it could be a place to return to otherwise. Local friends feel the same

Really quality good coffee and such a nice vibe! Wish they have more sugar free options but that’s okay.

Cutting to the chase: this coffee is the real deal. Strong and roasted to perfection. And yes, expensive.I wish top quality didn’t cost so much…but alas. Needless to say it won’t be a regular occurrence to imbibe here but I will be delighted on those special occasions.Ps- they have ritual chocolate from Salt Lake City which is also divine, yet pricey.

My husband and I were very pleased to find Narrative coffee and have very much enjoyed the coffee we have purchased there, however, the last two mornings have been very disappointed with our experience. We ordered an 8 oz latte to go and both mornings have been very dissatisfied with the barista (a gentleman in a beanie). He puts less effort and care into making a latte then we do when we make them at home for ourselves, friends, and family. He steams the milk and then just dumps it into the latte without putting any effort into making latte art. When you pay over $6 for a latte, at minimum, I expect the barista to take enough pride in their work to attempt latte art. He didn't even try. Quite frankly, at that price, I expect the barista to be an expert at latte art and for it to be a given when you order a drink. In retrospect, I wish I would have handed him back the latte and asked for my money back. We've been to coffee shops all over the world and have never experienced this kind of service from a high end shop that takes pride in their work. I am not sure I will return to this establishment given the lack of care put into making such an expensive drink. I don't mind paying a premium when you receive an excellent product and service, but that is far from our experience at Narrative.

Delicious latte and good vibe. $7 for a 12 oz latte and then adding flavor and alternative milk seems very steep. I paid about $85.0 before tip. A little overpriced in my opinion but it was exceptional.

Easily the best coffee and brunch in town. The coffee selection is wild! And everything is nice quality with many ingredients being local. The staff are all so friendly and great at their jobs. If you don’t come here, you’re missing out!

Everything was perfection . Both food and coffee were equally impressive-which is something we’ve struggled finding in the area! Our new regular spot.
