Was there visiting and stumbled upon this place. Absolutely amazing, service was great, food was great, ambience is very cute. I grew up on New Mexican food and haven’t been able to find anything even close to the authentic taste, until now. Tamales and sauces were perfect. A bit pricy, but worth it. Reminds me of my grandmas cooking. Will always be back when I find my way to Bellingham!

Amazing tamales 🫔 truly delicious. Best I've had! Will be going back.Vegetarian, vegan options as well which are incredible. The green chile salsa tasty completes the meal. Yum The servers friendly & courteous.

It’s good food, service is great as well. It’s pricey for what you get. The tamales are smaller than what I was expecting.

We had NM tamale company cater our wedding. The food arrived hot, everything was delicious and all our guests loved it! The service was fantastic. I can’t wait to go there for lunch/ dinner and I will definitely be using them again if we need a catered event. I used to live in NM and this food made me feel like I was back there, haven’t had anything this good in WA!! 10/10!! Thank you NM tamale co!

**Judging only on the tamales**, they were a bit lackluster. I got the chicken with salsa verde and they didn’t live up to the expectation. Kind of bland and seemed they were made earlier that day and reheated. Perhaps other things on the menu are better.

They keep forgetting to put both flavors of hot sauce in my to go orders!!!!!! Anyone else? By the time I check I’m already almost home!!!!! So irritating

On my first visit I picked up six tamales to contribute to a pot luck dinner. I received multiple comments from others who enjoyed them. The three packs are reasonably priced and make for a quick easy dinner.

Very delicious tamale and chimichangas here. Most items on the menu were vegan or veganizable. We appreciated the friendly service.
