Incredible, cozy little diner on a small street in Bellingham. Their focus on local, organic ingredients makes for a fantastic meal that leaves you feeling satisfied. Amazing attention to detail and they really strive to provide a great breakfast for those vegan eaters as well. Next time I'm in Bellingham, I will definitely be coming back!
Be aware of the wait times to get a table ( 30 minutes for 2 at 1pm on Saturday). When we were seated, the hostess took our drinks order promptly. Our server was preoccupied with chatting with other servers and didn't seem sure which tables were her responsibity or very interested in her job. The time between ordering and the food coming was reasonable and the food was delicious.
