Been coming here for years. Have always gotten the chicken pesto sandwich, which has been consistently great. Tried the Rueben, but was disappointed - the sauerkraut need to be drained, so I ended up with a very soggy, messy sandwich! Will stick with chicken pesto next time!

What a mess. The whole place felt pretentious and overpriced. The person at the counter seemed totally lost and couldn’t figure out what was going on. To top it off, the bottles were labeled with the wrong prices—super confusing and frustrating. Definitely not worth the hype.

Best sandwiches in town. Great deli case (for Bellingham) with imported and domestic cheeses and charcuterie. In house cured bacon cannot be beat locally. Good homemade sausages, duck confit and soups to take home. A very curated wine selection that Christo, the owner, takes great pride in with both affordable and pricey bottles. Christo has good taste in reds. The rose selection is the best in town. This rivals Seifert & Jones for wine quality Also keep an eye out for sporadic live music nights and special evening dinners

If only Ceasar was alive today… I would embellish him with joy, by showing him what modern day Italian sandos should taste like (roman heritage). Although deceased, I will share my Sando experience with him in heaven (if you believe)..

A good place to come for a bite for lunch; I do this often cause it’s close to work… Today, I had the grilled cheese and it was good, but not great I usually get the Mediterranean Tuna which is really good; only thing I don’t like, and that’s just me, is that it has olive pesto

I had a imported italian cured ham and fresh mozza panini and a hungarian mushroom soup. It was so delightful.
I am not fibbing when I say that this is THE BEST Chopped Italian I have EVER had! It is not featured on the menu, but ask anyone there and they will be absolutely delighted to make one for you. They’re actually known for really enjoying making those when people request them. When I requested mine, the person could not contain their excitement, as he immediately got started prepping the sandwich. I could tell this truly is a craft and a passion project for him, sandwich making. Truly, the best service, attitude, and food I have ever had in a small little deli.
Put that CHOPPED ITALIAN ON THE MENU PERMANENTLY!!

This is the spot in Bellingham for your sandwich and pantry needs. Literally a shop with all the ingredients you could want to put together your own bougie picnic and or just get sandwiches made for you.
We went in and ordered off their menu to dine in. Excellent paninis with a few vegetarian options. Sandwiches come with a pickle, sides are ordered separately. I’ve gotten the mac salad and the potato salad - their super saucy/creamy mac salad is where it’s at.
Things of note: high quality deli meal is pricey & takes time to be prepared, so come prepared for that.

Veggie panini and roast beef panini were delicious! Everything you want out of a sandwich - hot, juicy, crunchy, flavorful. Just wish they were a little bigger. Mushroom soup was divine
