The food at this food truck is amazing. I pulled up on a Friday afternoon and could smell the delicious food and hear the wok being plied expertly. I got the caramel pork and kimchi quesadilla and it was really really good. It wasn't busy but there were people getting their takeout orders the whole time I was there. We ordered Ginger Fried rice with Lemongrass Pork, extra meat and spicy. Added pickled onions and an egg on top. So delicious. One order was enough for 2 people. So flavorful, didn't take long and all ingredients tasted fresh. Will definitely eat here again.

Definitely recommend the quesadillas but everything seems pretty solid. Most people I go with rave about the loco moco though :)
