Made an online order and proceeded to wait 25 minutes, just for me to ask for the status and realize they haven't even bothered to start. I get it is busy, but it would've been faster 5 minutes to simply do a walk in and wait in line.

I attempted to pay for my meal using PayPal, which has worked several times in the past, since Panda Express is a merchant that takes in-person payments with PayPal. The attempt was met with opposition from a woman who decided unilaterally that they would not take the payment method, even though another employee found the putton on the POS register to take the form of payment. I refused to buy the food based on her behavior and the way she stormed off into the back, and supposedly called her manager. I probably will not come back.

Having food for my order and then to let more and more people just go ahead of me to take all of the chow mein that I was waiting for is unacceptable. Some of us aren't here to shop. Some are on a lunch break

Service - not the employee's fault, maybe, but every time we decide to order from here, we end up waiting 15 or more minutes, even when their are not at a rush hour.
Employees are super nice and are used to this situation.
If you plan on eating from here, allow yourself some extra time

Ordered a Raspberry Iced Tea (sweet but quenched my thirst), and a bowl with chow mein and Honey Sesame Chicken Breast (which also had green beans and yellow peppers). I thought the portion of meat was generous, and the meat was tender with good flavour. My friend had the chow mein, Mushroom Chicken, and Broccoli Beef. The server gave a heaping amount of broccoli, but did purposefully pick a few beef slices to complete the serving. Only one scoop of the mushroom chicken was given, though! No complaints. Panda Express is usually a fair option for us in the US for no frills but standard American Chinese fast food.

Slow service. I had to wait for over 25min to get the black pepper steak. Dauntae had already packaged my other plates while waiting for the steak. Food was cold by the time my family and I ate. Would not recommend this location.

Don’t have everything they show in the menu, had to keep reminding staff of items on menu and not given to me, as the side snack, water, cutlery etc; waited for the meal to be cooked and they tried to give me the old piece after waiting for the new one to be cooked, shorter on the portion aswell.
Only one server at front. He was out from a lot of dishes in the front but he was not giving refill orders in the back unless someone ask for specific dish. We had to wait 10 minutes for our food then food portion was very less.

Typical American mall food court chinese combo on noodles or rice. Orange Chicken claim to fame plus $1.50 more for honey walnut shrimp. The counter workers were friendly and the food was still warm.

Two people at the counter and both confused. It's not rocket science! Two entrees and noodles on a plate. Not a bowl, not rice. I don't know if they were getting stoned in the back or what but neither of these counter workers could get one simple order right.Food was fresh and as good as American mall franchise Chinese food can get.
