Fried rice was super dry and crunchy 🤮 Beef brocolli was ok, Kung Pao chicken was good but the server made sure scooped up all the fries used up chillies and put it on the portion.. why?? !!! Can I actually get veggies and chicken not 8 peppers !

I've been here many times but this last time. I had to note how bad it was. Beijing Beef beyond chewy with no flavor Chow mein noodles were sub-par.
Asked for a double portion of the Beijing beef that was a mistake.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service at Panda Express (Bellis Fair Mall Location)
I had a great experience today at Panda Express #226, thanks to an outstanding team who went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right.
Helaina (AM) personally helped me get my order exactly how I wanted it—she was kind, attentive, and made the process smooth and stress-free. It really meant a lot to be treated with such care.
Rebecca at the front line was friendly and efficient, greeting me with a smile and handling everything professionally. Zach and Dan were on point in the kitchen—everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared.
You can tell this crew works well together and takes pride in what they do. Their positive energy and attention to detail made my visit feel special. Thank you all for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be back!

Made an online order and proceeded to wait 25 minutes, just for me to ask for the status and realize they haven't even bothered to start. I get it is busy, but it would've been faster 5 minutes to simply do a walk in and wait in line.

I attempted to pay for my meal using PayPal, which has worked several times in the past, since Panda Express is a merchant that takes in-person payments with PayPal. The attempt was met with opposition from a woman who decided unilaterally that they would not take the payment method, even though another employee found the putton on the POS register to take the form of payment. I refused to buy the food based on her behavior and the way she stormed off into the back, and supposedly called her manager. I probably will not come back.

Having food for my order and then to let more and more people just go ahead of me to take all of the chow mein that I was waiting for is unacceptable. Some of us aren't here to shop. Some are on a lunch break
Service - not the employee's fault, maybe, but every time we decide to order from here, we end up waiting 15 or more minutes, even when their are not at a rush hour.
Employees are super nice and are used to this situation.
If you plan on eating from here, allow yourself some extra time

Ordered a Raspberry Iced Tea (sweet but quenched my thirst), and a bowl with chow mein and Honey Sesame Chicken Breast (which also had green beans and yellow peppers). I thought the portion of meat was generous, and the meat was tender with good flavour. My friend had the chow mein, Mushroom Chicken, and Broccoli Beef. The server gave a heaping amount of broccoli, but did purposefully pick a few beef slices to complete the serving. Only one scoop of the mushroom chicken was given, though! No complaints. Panda Express is usually a fair option for us in the US for no frills but standard American Chinese fast food.

Slow service. I had to wait for over 25min to get the black pepper steak. Dauntae had already packaged my other plates while waiting for the steak. Food was cold by the time my family and I ate. Would not recommend this location.

Don’t have everything they show in the menu, had to keep reminding staff of items on menu and not given to me, as the side snack, water, cutlery etc; waited for the meal to be cooked and they tried to give me the old piece after waiting for the new one to be cooked, shorter on the portion aswell.
