During our recent trip, we went here twice for lunch (once take-out and once dine-in). Good customer service. Portions were huge... for us anyway. Tasty food - kids enjoyed their choices and I enjoyed mine. The food was pretty fresh - we had to wait a few minutes for one dish, but I rather wait for a fresh dish than eat something that was out too long. You only get a fork even if you order rice, which didn't bother us as we travel with utensils whenever we're on vacation. We would definitely recommend and return again.

The manager is very rude and disrespectful!! She was glaring around, got rude with me when I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Doesn’t give her the right to be rude, I was trying to order my kids dinner!! I will never be back here!! Yulina or something like that was her name!!! LIKE WHY COULDNT SHE JUST BE KIND!

Authenticity aside I love me some Panda Express. This location delivers what would expect. Being inside a mall often makes for a line during lunch but it moves fairly quickly and is worth it.

Dauntae is a Rockstar!! Working the counter and register alone, friendly. One cook, from what I saw ?Both worked well as a team and as best as they could being short handed for the lunch crowd! Food was cooked very well and delish ?

I needed to go to the mall. It was early afternoon, and I was hungry, so I parked near the Food Court entrance and went in. Chinese sounded good. I walked over to Panda Express to survey the offerings. I find it particularly annoying when menus are difficult to locate, read or understand. Their menu board was posted high above the counter (great location, easy to see). Unfortunately the type was a thin font and a small size. It was difficult to read 10 feet away. As an added challenge, the prices were in an even smaller print. Frustrating event #1. I approached the counter. There were no paper menus or prices to be seen anywhere. Frustrating event #2. I ordered a combo plate: two entrees and one side. I walked away with "fried rice", sweet sesame chicken and black pepper beef. When my food was handed to me, no utensils, condiments or napkins were offered or mentioned. Looking around, I discovered the bin of plastic utensils and chopsticks. But still no condiments (soy sauce, hot mustard, plum sauce) or napkins in sight.... none anywhere. Frustrating event #3.I found a table and sat down. As I surveyed my order, every item looked "tired". Nothing looked fresh... just tired. The first two bites set the stage. And then it went downhill. Small, thin chicken pieces were over-breaded and drying out. The pepper beef had no peppery taste anywhere to be found. Fried rice was not fluffy, but rather thousands of tiny, dry pellets of rice starch. Zero flavor. By the fifth bite it crossed my mind to just close the lid, part ways and move on with my life. However, I was hungry and, in reality, I am way too cheap to throw edible food away.I was hoping this was going to be a place I could enjoy when I came to the mall. Unfortunately that is not the case.

Panda Express offers a decent variety of Chinese-American dishes, but the portion sizes can be inconsistent. Sometimes, the servings are generous, but other times they can be underwhelming. The orange chicken and fried rice are tasty, but I wish they would provide more value for the price. The staff is usually friendly, and the restaurant is clean. It's an average choice for a quick and convenient meal.

Absolutely disgusting food that tastes like it's been sitting out for 3 days straight. One person trying to do everything so service SLOW. The food was so bad I threw it out because I was worried about food poisoning and drove across the mall parking lot to McDonald's. Pretty bad when that's the better option.

The dropouts cannot even send utensils and napkins with my order. I'm in hotel. I called the store after getting the food and the manager drop kicked me by hanging up on me. Come to my city and I hope you get the same treatment.
