This location always has polite friendly customer service, not saying that the other locations are not, as I have been to other locations and have received the same polite friendly customer service. I personally just prefer the convenience of this location.

Parking: This location is at the Bakerview Fred Meyer shopping center. There are a few parking spaces right up front in front of the door. There are a few handicap spaces also right up front, otherwise there are plenty in the parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location is at the Bakerview Fred Meyer shopping center. There are a few handicap spaces right up front in front of their door otherwise there are plenty in the parking lot. There is a flat surface depending on parking availability there should not be any issues getting around if you are in a wheelchair. May need some assistance on opening the door, but I'm sure that someone inside can assist in doing so if needed.

Zero stars. My entire family became violently ill within eight hours of eating this pizza. I have four children (ages 9, 6, 4, and 9 months), and every single one of them started vomiting nonstop. The only one in my house that didn’t get sick was the one who didn’t eat the pizza. If your establishment is serving food that makes my children this sick, I will never be returning. DO BETTER.
They had SO many Valentine’s Day orders and they were absolutely killing it!

This location is always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The pizza is well made, and toppings well distributed. Every request is answered with a ‘no problem!’ or ‘absolutely!’ I really appreciate their attitude and customer service. Excellent.

I want to honor and thank the man at Bakerview Papa Murphy's on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. I ordered a $13.99 pizza over the phone on that date. I wanted a couple of extra toppings, but the person on the phone assured me it would still be $13.99. When I got to Papa Murphy's to pick it up, it rang up over $19.00. I told the man at the counter I thought I'd been told it would be $13.99, but I apologized, telling him that I'd been feeling very scattered lately as my mom had just passed away. He turned around, took the pizza, handed it to me & told me to take it. I insisted on paying for it, but he insisted and told me that his grandfather had recently passed away too and that he had the authority to do this for me. I did not get his name, but I was absolutely overwhelmed at such kindness. Thank you so much to this person. Please be assured that I will pay this kindness forward someday.

Always so fresh and delicious! Love the topping assortment, and their pan pizza is the best you'll find at any chain. Their Gourmet Vegetarian is always a hit!
Vegetarian options: Gourmet Vegetarian is amazing, and unique vegetarian toppings- marinated artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, etc.
