A Bellingham local favorite. Either potato or beef dumplings. That's it. Nice and simple. Each dumpling order comes with a piece of rye bread and a container of sour cream. Delicious.

This place is mediocre food is good depending on whoever is working there. I went a couple weeks ago and got bad food poisoning from under cooked food. Other experiences have been fine.

This place always hits the spot for me. I lived a 2 minute walk from here as a 19 year old college kid in 2013 and would frequently stop to grab dumplings here. I just moved back to whatcom county recently and stopped by today for the first time since moving back. It is EXACTLY the same and I love that. They may have only 2 options, but that's all they need. I would also pay good money for the recipe of their hot sauce. I could literally drink it, it's that good.

I've only ever had Pelmeni one time at a food cart in Portland. This place blew them out of the water! Delicious, tender, flavorful! The beef Pelmeni and the potato Pelmeni were both delicious and very different from each other. I have to recommend both! The prices are reasonable too. To get full off $9 is rare these days. Staff were sweet and I love that they are open late. Not a lot of late night options here and usually anything open late night is a crappy fast food chain. This will definitely be my go to late night spot!

It was one of the best dumpling places I've ever eaten at and it's nice cuz it's open til 230 am every night and they only have two things on their menu potato dumplings and beef dumplings or both kinds together but you have to get the one with both early cuz they don't serve that one after 10:00 p.m.
