Spouse went over and ordered food. Our puppy yanked the leash and the food spilled. He went back over to reorder food for me. The order was for a box lunch. They took the money for the box lunch but did not provide the cookie or the pita chips that supposedly come with a chicken quinoa bowl.
Mind you, he is paying a second time. They refused to give him the money back for the items they did not provide. Which is theft. Never going here again.

Terrible experience besides our great new server which we understand but took us forever to get food she served us s promptly and got our drinks and kept them coming without asking but I’m sorry food took forever she kept apologizing and I get it but 45 minutes later and she was still checking? Our poor waitress she tried checking several times but no manager. Weird so I will give a 2 star only for our server.and probably not her fault whatever nerds some managers for sure. The new girl Chelsea was wonderful and we understand her talk between the kitchen has nothing to do with how she handled the outcome. apparently she made several efforts. She and we understand it’s on the back side and we tipped her good but I hope nothing came to the back end. Rude from our kitchen I guess.. please get a new manager!!!! Because there was not one to talk to. Desperately needed or find one we normally love to visit just not for awhile due to no manager and the cooks need to relate to the servers

Great value. The daily specials are worth it. Everything on the menu is so fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant is always clean and very friendly staff. Pita Pit is a fixture in downtown Bellingham and you should try it out.
Dietary restrictions: They have lots of food for my dietary restrictions which is hard to find in other fast food restaurants.
Kid-friendliness: Take your children and let them experience flavorful foods.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, big wide doors and flat surfaces. Handicap restrooms. Plus being a very clean place.

I'll keep this clean. What a * disappointment. 2 items one drink 40 bucks. Slow * service. Sticky * tables. The gyros were * dry and the pita was * chalky. The employee could stop flirting with a customer who came in after me. I was surprised they didn't just do "it" right then and there. I will not be returning and I will not recommend.
