I usually order from the Lincoln street store but today they were closed. So unfortunately I had to order from this store. Ordered no problem, but when I called to let them know my pizza wasn't made with LIGHT SAUCE the man on the phone argued with me, blamed me and never offered ANY help or even a sorry. I will NEVER be ordering from this location again and I am emailing corporate for your horrible customer service! I never complain about anything but to just not apologize and blame me when everything I did was correct!

I almost always have a good experience with Pizza Hut, whether It’s carry-out or delivery the pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious! This is the first time I’ve actually had an issue with this location and unfortunately I didn’t get the stuffed crust with the pizza I had ordered, everything else was correct, but it was a bummer! However it’s New Years Eve and I’m sure they were slammed!

Pizza Hut is an American institution, one which offers decent food for an okay price. I grabbed a big dinner box and the only thing that wasn't IMMEDIATELY CONSUMED was the pasta. It made good leftovers the next day. Is it gourmet? Naw, but I don't expect it to be.

My 14 inch pizza was 12 inches. An employee took the middle of my pizza. Not at all my ubers fault because it was sealed. Don't ever order from them. Rip off. When I called the manager hung up on me.

Absolutely awful. Outsourced my delivery to a surly Door Dash driver who showed up ~an hour later to hand me a cold pizza not even kept in any kind of warming bag. She told me if I didn’t like it to call the store. When I tried to do so I was redirected to a foreign call center. Trash-tier service from start to finish. Food was gross.
