the pretzels are served cold, such a let down. the only place that has on site cooking at the farmers market and yet they serve soft pretzels cold. this should be a crimeβ¦ ralph is lucky iβm even giving 3 stars.
We served Ralf's pretzel buns at a fundraising event and people were so excited, they loved them. Thanks for helping us throw a great party!

I've been looking for Germany style pretzels in the USA ever since I visited Berlin years ago and this place is legit! It's located inside a farmer's market and it is just a small walk up counter. Only problem is they are only open on Saturdays! I guess this will be my new Saturday routine. It's $4 per but the pretzels are bigger than my face and sure is a lot cheaper than a trip to Germany.

Amazing pretzels! It's always the highlight of my trip up to the farmers market.
best place to go
When in Bellingham, you have to try Ralfβs authentic Bavarian pretzels. Iβm from Bavaria and i have to say that even here it is hard to find pretzels this good these days. Open fir the Farmers Market and also available at the Co-Op these pretzels are an experience not to be missed.
The tastiest creation on the planet
