I've been looking for Germany style pretzels in the USA ever since I visited Berlin years ago and this place is legit! It's located inside a farmer's market and it is just a small walk up counter. Only problem is they are only open on Saturdays! I guess this will be my new Saturday routine. It's $4 per but the pretzels are bigger than my face and sure is a lot cheaper than a trip to Germany.

Amazing pretzels! It's always the highlight of my trip up to the farmers market.

When in Bellingham, you have to try Ralf’s authentic Bavarian pretzels. I’m from Bavaria and i have to say that even here it is hard to find pretzels this good these days. Open fir the Farmers Market and also available at the Co-Op these pretzels are an experience not to be missed.

Best pretzels hands down. Melt in your mouth. Wish they were open tomorrow so I could take a bag home!!

I'm wondering does anybody know if Ralphs bakery is making pretzels and selling at the Saturday farmers market??

To be frank, I think these are great paired with mustard or butter. The bread is tasty and located in a semi-convenient area if you are walking around town. The hours are in bit limited, but if you show up around opening hours, you can get yours without the long line! I try to get one whenever they are open and I am near. The best parking is across the street near the brewery, if you are lucky enough to snag a spot. I will have to try a sandwich here as well. In the summer months during the farmer's market, you can get a pretzel easily, haha.

The tastiest creation on the planet

Sure, it is a cool place. I find the name of the shop quite misleading. I don't see the connection between the bakeries in Bavaria with this one! It doesn't seem they make anything else than bread or panini pretzel style, so pretzels is all you can find here. The pretzel we not bad, but heck expensive Big disappointment!

A nice and decent place to revisit nostalgic tastes of Germany in wee Bellingham. The hours are very limited, and the lines are usually long. These things can be indicative of a great spot, but for this kind of food, it's just a bit inconvenient for me. A fun spot to pick up some pretzels or twists if you're having company over! Definitely crowd pleasing buns and perfectly soft pretzels. I've bought their baked goods as treats when coming over to friends houses and paired with some mustard. Win! Friendly folks, and I noticed that even though it's very "open air", goods felt and tasted fresh. Definitely a unique spot in Bellingham- I just wish it were inside a brewery or had a food truck instead of the location.

Lackluster food. I had a soft prezel and it was more like the kind you get at a mall, not like in Bavaria. There are other options to eat at the farmer's market more worth it.

Have yet to find anything that compares to the quality plus variety, and I have really tried. This is my favorite stop during the farmers market. After moving away from Bellingham, I really miss getting the regular pretzels, ones with meat+cheese, and especially the Nutella. When in town I always drive by to see if they are open.

I love the pretzel bun sandwiches they serve. Always fresh and unique.

Pretzels that remind me of summers at my aunt's in Germany and the bakery vans that go from village to village. Why not make Brí¶tchen more often? I get that Brezeln are your passion but people need good Brí¶tchen!
