I love this place. I've been coming here since I was 21. And now more than 20 years later and this place still is the best place to come to for a fun time. They got pool tables darts great music and bartenders that are always friendly and make good drinks. So if you're looking for a good time and nice fun chill night out then head over to Rumors.

Rumors uses an invasive & Orwellian style ID scanning system that stores information on your ID along with photos of you. It’s like a TSA checkpoint. No other bars/clubs in Bellingham use it.
The door staff and owner are rude and don’t apologize for their mistakes or poor choices in procedures and technology to run the door. I wonder why so many people were talking about it on Reddit!?

Came here on a night the social media accounts are promoting as 18 and older (June 17th) as a 19 year old with some friends who were 21+ and the bouncer refused to let me in stating that promotion isn't running until later this summer (even though online it says Tuesdays and Sundays are 18+ with an entrance fee). Super sad I couldn't come in and enjoy the atmosphere further than the doorstep but also sad someone is either out of loop or promotions are not clearer 💔.

Me and friend were at a drag show last Week and there were some disrespectful patrons that clearly couldn’t control there alcohol, thankfully the door person Jasmine stepped in swapped drinks with waters with a few of them so that way there friends could continue enjoying the night. 10/10 customer service.

Rumors Cabaret in an exceptional establishment full of incredible people. The staff work extremely hard to create a safe environment for meeting new people, enjoying the company of your friends and having fun expressing yourself however you choose. As long as you bring the same respectful vibes, rumors will open up to you as a home away from home and a break from the stress. Big shout out to Arlyn! You’re the best. And of course Sydney and Jasmine and Brian and Becky and Rikki and Rickey and Mx and Kenny and Ezra and Ryan and Andrew. Love you all :)

Few years ago my friend and I got roofied here. We only had 2 drinks. I became blacked out and passed out in the bathroom. The bouncers were so rude they kicked us out instead of making sure we were okay. I will not be returning to this trash hole establishment.
Bartender completely failed. Sat at the bar for a solid 20 mins and didn't get asked once for service so I just left🤷♂️maybe be more attentive to your guests? Bad first impression
