Edit: where is the Washington department of health regarding this restaurant? Looked at many other reviews that had similar acute and immediate food borne illness…

Tried the pho at Saigon Cafe and it was honestly really yummy. The broth was flavorful and comforting and tasted like it had been simmered for hours. The beef was tender, the noodles were cooked just right, and the fresh herbs and onions really brought everything together. It felt authentic and satisfying exactly what you want from a good bowl of pho. I’d definitely come back just for the pho ! :)

Always enjoy going to Saigon Cafe with my husband. Their food is delicious and the staff very professional and very kind. Having lived in Southeast Asia for four years, I would say that anyone looking for tasty Vietnamese food served in a delightful location should immediately head to the Saigon Cafe.

Always walk by and see this place and finally made it in and I’m so glad I did!! It was busy with sit down customers and to go orders. Since it was so busy it took a minute to order but when he finally had the chance, he was over quickly and very attentive. I ordered pho and my cousin ordered a vermicelli bowl. Pho was good, but the vermicelli was great! Regretted not ordering it, but I’ll be back soon to do so! This is my kind of place to eat….not pretentious, good food, fairly priced and run by a family trying to make it.

I tried the pork fried noodles. Generous portion, enough for 2 people. Pork was tender and overall nice flavors.
Along with many of the other reviewers, a friend and I both got bad food poisoning from the pho. I do not recommend coming here as this isn’t an isolated incident.

We had a delicious freshly made dinner. The food was made with care and was a good value as well. We had pot stickers, vermicelli bowls and a chicken plate. All we're delicious. The atmosphere is hole-in-the-wall, simple and clean. What more could you want?
