Along with many of the other reviewers, a friend and I both got bad food poisoning from the pho. I do not recommend coming here as this isn’t an isolated incident.

We had a delicious freshly made dinner. The food was made with care and was a good value as well. We had pot stickers, vermicelli bowls and a chicken plate. All we're delicious. The atmosphere is hole-in-the-wall, simple and clean. What more could you want?
Me and my brother went there and ordered the pho, both of us got food poising and were throwing up within 45 minutes, do not go here

Stopped by for take out. Owners and staff we fun to talk to and helpful with dietary restrictions. They even made some gluten free sauce for us. The tofu vermicelli plate was delicious and hearty.

Banhmi is delicious. Little sweet, little savory, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside! Very fresh and flavorful! Location is convenient, staff is super friendly and helpful. Try a Vietnamese soda!
Never eat the spring rolls here because you will never eat a spring roll that is this good ever again and you’ll move to Denver and go to like 4 different pho places every week searching for a spring roll as good and you won’t find it because no one puts mint and basil in their spring rolls where they belong and then you’ll ask yourself why you even moved in the first place if you can’t eat their spring roll again but then you’ll snap yourself out of it because you are growing your career and life in Denver and you can’t just move back to Bellingham for a spring roll

I've been coming here twice a week for the past month and a half or so because it's the perfect spot for my lunch break. They have sizeable helpings and I'm a huge fan of the way they cook their tofu.
The custard bun is spectacular and I usually go with the tofu spring rolls for a lighter meal, or fried rice to have plenty of leftovers. The staff are very friendly and create a welcoming space that is easy to come back to.

I'm not pleased to give such a poor review, but this place serves cửa hàng đường phố giá rẻ food. I've eaten a lot of Vietnamese food in my lifetime, and Saigon Cafe doesn't measure up to the quality that makes me want to return. The staff seem friendly & attentive.
