This is my new go-to place! Excellent service. Fair pricing. I super appreciate my favorite barista, Angela, she always goes out of her way to always ask reassuring questions, encourage my order, provide suggestions to make my drink EVEN better. 😌🧉🌷 she’s an asset to this team.
EDIT: Updated my original review to reflect the owner being prompt, informative, and courteous. I do advise they ask customers which pizza bagel is wanted instead of having it fall on customers to specify, but I’m happy with the way this issue was handled otherwise.
Went for my regular pizza bagel and they gave me a plain bagel with some pepperoni and cheese toasted on the top, not the regular stuffed pizza bagel, however I was charged the price for the gourmet...

I found the lotus here, this place is amazing, with a warm ambience and has fantabulous customer service…the owner Sandra is an AMAZING human, very compassionate and always a smile on her face no matter what life throws at her I’m sure and she has been there for about 15yrs, that says a lot..,if you want a friend and exceptional service from her amd all her crew this is where you go, if you just want a coffee, go somewhere else…
