Been driving by this place for a few years and finally decided to give it a try. Ordered los dos enamorados (carne asada and bacon wrapped shrimp). It was good, and more or less what I would expect at a Mexican restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. It was enough food for two especially with the chips and salsa. Fresh, flavorful, and affordable. The decor is dated but colorful, and the service, while a bit slow, reflects the care in preparation—our tomatoes were freshly cut to order. Portions are flexible; they added extra beans when we skipped the rice. A solid choice for a casual, unpretentious meal.

I’ve been coming here on a regular basis since 2009, friendly service tasty grub and a touch and an atmosphere of ole Meccio to the restaurant together with Mexican folk music as such.
