Disgusted… We went there yesterday evening after dinner for coffee and desert. We noticed gnats freely, moving around all the desserts, including the soft fillings of the danishes. Some looked pretty big and well fed. Upon seeing that, we immediately left and vowed never to return .

My friend an engineer was racial profiled on the 8th November 2025 as a drug addict for using the washroom for 3 minutes.

The racist manager or senior staff came to the Washroom door asking him if he was okay and he should dispose the needle properly after use.

My friend who has chronic constipation was higly embarrassed and disappointed by the ignorance of the racist lady who even went ahead and called the police on him playing the card of victim as she was the aggressor because my friend came out of the washroom asking why he was harrassed and profiled because of his skin colour.
The racist manager asked him to leave the cafe if not she will call the cops on him which she did and even followed our friend to his truck and was feeding the cops with huge lies. The incident was in a camera as my friend recorded every incident.

Really nice Starbucks, with excellent seating options that can accommodate solos, couples, groups of 4 and more. Beautiful interior looks almost brand new. Took only 3 min for an Americano, and the staff were very friendly. One oddity: only oat milk and half-and-half available at the stand, so had to ask for some whole milk at the counter, which they happily topped up my coffee with.

Every time I stop at the Cordata Starbucks, Julia absolutely makes my day. She’s funny, welcoming, and has such a great vibe that instantly lifts the mood. It’s not just about grabbing coffee, it feels like a friendly experience because of her. Huge thanks to Julia and the team for always making me feel at home!

Asked for a siracha packet and a fork got a straw tossed at me and how I was trying to explain I said siracha she tossed another straw over and grabbed a fork and walked away

I was here at this location and I explained my concerns about coffee and Jenna very carefully listened and offered me coffee for me and my wife. I asked for manager and it’s Juli . I would say Juli you have a best person in your hand don’t let her go .thanks

We stopped here for a coffee and restroom break on our way back home from Canada. I have been to Starbucks all over the world and have never seen such awful non existent service than here. We stood in front of the cashier for probably 3 minutes without her even acknowledging us, not even asking “what can I help you with/what can I get you?” We had to engage and ask the cashier to order our drinks. Then I had to use the restroom and asked another employee for the bathroom code twice and they didn’t even acknowledge my existence, so I spoke up and asked a 3rd time for the bathroom code and a barista behind the other two employees gave it to me. Then they forgot to even get one of our drinks and we had to ask for it and they said “oh, we often forget to get the tea because we don’t get a ticket for it”. They admitted they often forget to do their jobs. I’m not sure what it is in today’s society, but there is no customer service anywhere and people are not kind and courteous. Like I said before no one even asked to take our order and I had to ask three times for the bathroom code. Not acknowledging customers is unacceptable. We need better customer service and social skills training in our workplaces.
