Baristas were incredible, coffee was great. This review is for the “manager”. I am giving a one star for her alone. The way she spoke to and treated her employees was horrendous. She had her employees make her a coffee and then decided it wasn’t good enough for her and made them remake it while throwing some of the nastiest attitude. As a manager myself I cannot fathom treating my employees like that, ever. I am sorry to the employees who work there, and still offer 5 star service even under a manager like this. Get it together ma’am.

This Starbucks is my favorite one in town. They are always super friendly and welcoming to all. 🌈 Anyway. The only issue I have is with the two homeless folks who camp there all day. I'm surprised they can do that. They are taking up space that others can use. And ask for drinks. Put them to work maybe????? Edit: It looks like a social worker is talking to them now. Cool!!!! 😎 At least they can get help.

The baristas know me at my location. The service is fantastic. The atmosphere is great. I have dietary restrictions and so can't eat a lot of their food. But there are some snacks I can eat and the baristas are aware of them.

Service can be hit or miss, drinks are usually what I expect for Starbucks though. I usually stick to ordering via app and picking up in-store here. The location in Google Maps is wrong. It's pinned at the old location. I've submitted a correction in Google Maps to the new location next to Galos (which has been accepted multiple times) but it keeps getting changed back.
Parking: Drive-thru often blocks the south entrance of the parking lot but there's plenty of parking, at least for now. There's a restaurant opening soon next door that may fill it up. Cordata Mall has plenty of extra parking if you don't mind a short walk.

Ordered two refreshers (Easy to make drinks, it's mostly ice anyways) two sandwiches, and a cake pop. They shoved the cakepop between two hot sandwiches so the face was melted off the cake pop, we just asked it be replaced and they gave us attitude about it. And come to find out my sandwich that I ordered was a muffin. This could have been corrected if the lady at the drive thru would have left the screen on for us to check that they input the right items. Really disappointed this is how the starbucks at this location treats their customers. She looked like she DID NOT want to be working there AT ALL.

They put Sriracha in our cold brew coffee today. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

We stopped in on our way in from Canada and I met Skye as she was leaving work for the day. I asked her a question about the merchandise and we had the most amazing conversation and she was so helpful, despite being finished for the day!! HER KINDNESS IS GOING TO TAKE HER EVERYWHERE!! The rest of the staff were great too!!
