I was here at this location and I explained my concerns about coffee and Jenna very carefully listened and offered me coffee for me and my wife. I asked for manager and it’s Juli . I would say Juli you have a best person in your hand don’t let her go .thanks

We stopped here for a coffee and restroom break on our way back home from Canada. I have been to Starbucks all over the world and have never seen such awful non existent service than here. We stood in front of the cashier for probably 3 minutes without her even acknowledging us, not even asking “what can I help you with/what can I get you?” We had to engage and ask the cashier to order our drinks. Then I had to use the restroom and asked another employee for the bathroom code twice and they didn’t even acknowledge my existence, so I spoke up and asked a 3rd time for the bathroom code and a barista behind the other two employees gave it to me. Then they forgot to even get one of our drinks and we had to ask for it and they said “oh, we often forget to get the tea because we don’t get a ticket for it”. They admitted they often forget to do their jobs. I’m not sure what it is in today’s society, but there is no customer service anywhere and people are not kind and courteous. Like I said before no one even asked to take our order and I had to ask three times for the bathroom code. Not acknowledging customers is unacceptable. We need better customer service and social skills training in our workplaces.

Baristas were incredible, coffee was great. This review is for the “manager”. I am giving a one star for her alone. The way she spoke to and treated her employees was horrendous. She had her employees make her a coffee and then decided it wasn’t good enough for her and made them remake it while throwing some of the nastiest attitude. As a manager myself I cannot fathom treating my employees like that, ever. I am sorry to the employees who work there, and still offer 5 star service even under a manager like this. Get it together ma’am.
This Starbucks is my favorite one in town. They are always super friendly and welcoming to all. 🌈 Anyway. The only issue I have is with the two homeless folks who camp there all day. I'm surprised they can do that. They are taking up space that others can use. And ask for drinks. Put them to work maybe????? Edit: It looks like a social worker is talking to them now. Cool!!!! 😎 At least they can get help.

The baristas know me at my location. The service is fantastic. The atmosphere is great. I have dietary restrictions and so can't eat a lot of their food. But there are some snacks I can eat and the baristas are aware of them.

Service can be hit or miss, drinks are usually what I expect for Starbucks though. I usually stick to ordering via app and picking up in-store here. The location in Google Maps is wrong. It's pinned at the old location. I've submitted a correction in Google Maps to the new location next to Galos (which has been accepted multiple times) but it keeps getting changed back.
Parking: Drive-thru often blocks the south entrance of the parking lot but there's plenty of parking, at least for now. There's a restaurant opening soon next door that may fill it up. Cordata Mall has plenty of extra parking if you don't mind a short walk.
