I ordered 4 to-go caraffes yesterday morning for pick-up this morning. When I arrived at 7:15am to pick up and pay for the order, the barista told me she had no record of the order and that the shop's coffee maker was broken. It was like a bad joke. Total failure, leaving me to scramble to provide coffee for my 8am event.

Don't go here, they make you a cold drink when it's freezing outside. Ordered a hot one thru the app and didn't have time to wait for it to be remade bc I'm clocking into work right now. Couldn't refund me and the app sucks so you can't get a refund in a timely manner there either.

Baristas are consistently rude, get orders wrong close to 100% of the time, then have further attitude when you ask for your order to be fixed. I have been here about 5-10 times over the span of two years and every single interaction has been negative. Awful.
