honestly probably the most atmospheric and cozy starbucks i’ve been to, came here to upload a few files onto my USB. but ending up sitting back to enjoy just how many people were spending time with each other there. an entire group of elderly women were crocheting and knitting together over warm beverages. how sweet. grateful for this stop.

I had a 20 drink order, the cashier and most of the staff were friendly. Knowing that I have a larger than normal order I made sure that I tipped well. There was only 1 person that had to wait while I placed my order and the staff was so great at getting the order ready very quickly after the order was placed. However there were a couple of staff members who were very clearly bothered, rolling their eyes at each other, pretending they didn’t hear me. I requested bags to carry all the drinks. Only providing me with 2 bags for 20 drinks. When I asked for more she pretended not to hear me. I only know she heard me because she rolled her eyes. I understand that 20 drinks is a lot. I was patient and friendly and tipped well. I didn’t hold up the line nor interfered with any customer orders. It was clearly something within their capability to do since the drinks were basically out by the time I paid for them. I hope this is just a bad day for the staff

LOVE my baristas at Sunset Starbucks!! Especially Quinn, Cooper, and all the lovely ladies who always remember to stir up the sugar on the bottom of my cup of coffee! They’re so friendly, and they always get my order exactly right. Love you guys! ❤️ 🥰

Don’t order any drinks from Starbucks because they will fill out 80%of your cup with ice. Ordered a small size of ice mocha tea. It’s 6 dollars and it’s gone in like 3 sips. Ridiculous

Great stop, heading home to Everett. They are friendly and got the iced tea order perfectly, light ice and still filled it to the rim. Very clean lobby and bathroom. Nice stop!

It was the second time when I got a “double-smoked bacon” at this location with absolutely NO BACON in it. Not sure whose fault it is however, for the price you pay plus a tip, I expect a better service…..
