As someone who is a regular Starbucks customer, I expect to be treated with common courtesy. I wanted to use the bathroom before I ordered my drink and the response I get is "if you're going to order something the code is xyz" - that is NOT a friendly way to enter the store. I understand you are working with a policy change but you will not earn customers with this attitude. I implore management to figure out a more friendly way to approach their customers.

Somehow me saying “Large hot vanilla latte with two extra pumps of vanilla” got me a, medium hot vanilla decaf latte, and he proceeded to say “I didn’t hear large, I heard grande, and your going to be charged for the extra two pumps and the upgrade of cup” tbh two different words with two different pronunciations, so I don’t know how he got that mixed up. And me paying extra for the only thing I wanted originally is crazyyyyy, I RECOMMEND GOING INSIDE SAFEWAY ON SUNSET TO THERE STARBUCKS, because they can actually make it right, this place…..not so much ❤️

Great service and very friendly staff! I was able to try the Cortado and the little pancakes and both were so delicious. The min pancakes are small and you get 4. Lots of space to sit and enjoy your coffee.
I went out of my way to come to the Sunset Square Starbucks because I knew that I could charge my phone while I enjoyed a drink and pumpkin bread. How irritating it was when I found out that their power outlets are all disabled.

I never dreamed I'd be a "regular" at any coffee shop much less so a big chain shop. But, the employees at nearly all of the Bellingham Starbucks locations are so friendly & kind & remember my hubby & I both by name & our "regular" order which feels extra inviting (aaand a LITTLE disconcerting! LOL!) When I was going through a rough patch with my health, I always left these cpl shops feeling better. They also make REALLY GOOD drinks, food & the shop is ALWAYS spotlessly clean & THAT definitely makes my germ phobic OCD brain very happy too!!! 100000000 stars!! ?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?

I love studying here! I stop by every week with friends to study and the vibes are great! I personally wish prices were a bit lower, but other than that, I am very happy with my local Starbucks!

Coffee is pretty good and the employees are very nice. I wouldn't choose this spot again if I wanted to sit inside to drink coffee. It's very loud.
