Excellent CX Sandwich service was great

They changed the name on Google so my previous review disappeared. There is only 6 taps at this location, smallest pour are 10oz, that's a bummer. Pricey

Very small beer menu with weird offerings. Metal stools. Ticky tacky outdoor booths. Not a comfortable hang.

Just to set the record straight about the beer pull taps: They ARE NOT HUMAN BONES!!!! Really people!?!... William Z. Gave a review making that outlandish statement!!!! Not concerned about spouting such an awful untruth!!! I know the artist personally, (my nephew) & know the materials used to make those unique pieces!!! So, please investigate something before you just pour out lies into the Universe!!!

When my friend suggested we go to Structures my first question is the first question I always ask, "how's the food". The answer was "it's the basics done really well". He was not lying, I ordered the Czech Dark Lager and a double cheeseburger. Neither disappointed. The burger was a comforting realization that some places enjoy the simple things. He swore by the friend chicken sandwich but anytime I try a new place I judge them by their burgers. The best selection wasn't vast but it was a selection of good beers. The staff was great and very on top of things. I would say it's a hidden treasure sitting by the water. 10/10 will go again.

Nice spot, friendly service, loud metal music that convinced us there are better places to have dinner. Left after one beer.

We stopped for a quick beer on our Mother's Day adventure. They had a good selection of beers which my hubby liked and the service was very quick and attentive. The ambiance was great as it wasn't super busy but we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine

We went for lunch today. The menu was very limited but the food was good, as was the service. However, there was loud heavy metal music playing and it was too loud to have a comfortable conversation. When we asked them if they had any control over the music that is being played. And they said no. It is a heavy metal kind of place. I could understand if it was late night for that music but it was not a comfortable place to have lunch. Will not return.

If I'm to be honest, I was not expecting much - their State Street location wasn't ever a favorite of mine, but I figured this is new and I will try it. I am very glad I did! There's way more variety in beer - the Czech dark lager is delish! As I've developed some sort of weird aversion/allergy to super hoppy stuff, I was glad to see beers other than the requisite "90% are IPAs" tap list. The outdoor space is quite nice - they did a really good job with it. The music is still the same metal but it's at a level much more conducive to conversations. The food - ok well, it's probably some of the most affordable burgers in town, and they're good, but you do get what you pay for. I liken it to bougie fast food. The chips are good, if not a bit greasy, but if they get a fryolator I think that might change things up a bit. Overall, it's a dog friendly, welcoming space with good beer, solidly ok food, and a really nice ambiance outside.

Nice, open to the air brewery with lots of seating options and beautiful views of the water. Family and dog friendly. No problems with the staff, a lot of the service there is by ordering at the bar. I would have liked to see more appetizer options on the food menu (fries, nachos, etc.). I just felt like I needed something a little light on the side with the beer, without getting a whole entree. I was sad not to be able to try the smoothie beer. I saw that used to be on the drink menu, but when I was there they weren't serving it! Looks like they rotate the tap list frequently.

Just walked out after sitting down for 2 minutes. We wanted food with drinks. One of our kids doesn’t like meat or meat-like products so we asked for a grilled cheese (a cheese burger without the meat). We have asked for this dozens of times at other restaurants. The chef would not do this and the reason was that he wanted the food to be served in a particular way. We asked to have the meat on the side and again this was a no. I’ve never met a chef so pretentious about a cheese burger. Shame too; I really wanted to try the beer. We are not from here and wanted to try a local brewery we don’t have back home.

Beer geeks like myself know that Structures is possibly/probably the best brewery in Washington state, so cheers to them for stepping up and building a space that is worthy of their beer and brand. The patio is large and has great views of the beautifully grungy Old Town waterfront. The food is a welcome alternative to the "elevated" nonsense that so many brewpubs unsuccessfully attempt; simple, no nonsense burgers and (awesome) fried chicken sandwiches. My only minor gripe is that they offer the homemade chips as a side instead of including them with the sandwiches. Sure, they play lots of Metal (devil horns emoji) but when we were there it was an interesting mix of obscure doom and stoner and they even threw in some Townes Van Zandt, which earned them half a star from me!Well done, Structures.

The servers are kind but the brews are the worst in town and that is pretty important at a brewery. I have tried both of their locations on the off chance that it would make a difference but they tasted equally awful. I sincerely hope that they improve, but I don't expect it to.

Cozy, friendly, and perfect for an afternoon lunch stop or happy hour gathering. Great location, especially for those of us working in the Lettered Streets :)
