Cold frozen veggie patties. Told the agent to microwave. But he didn't listen. Insisted . Agent had first day at the restaurant. Couldn't find microwave to defreeze the patties. Worst experience having cold patties sandwiches in the snow.

The employee never changed their gloves :( they were handling cash and using the POS system, going back and grabbing more ingredients, and touching everything all with the same one pair of gloves.

toaster broke which you found out because she asked if you wanted it toasted, then said well you can’t bc it’s broken. then gave me extra meat when i didn’t ask for it and insisted i be charged. also tried to not give me to go containers of sauce (cause they were “out” of lids) since i needed it on the side since i have to heat up my own sandwich but i insisted and then magically they found lids lol. So i paid 18$ for a cold sandwich i have to construct on my own after heating it up myself, I highly suggest you choose a different subway.

Service was attempting to be involved with taking the order, however was difficult to communicate with due to language barriers. She seemed to be fairly new to the position to be working on her own. However, the sandwich was what to be expected, a subway creation of premade ingredients.Parking: There are not many spots to park in the front of the building

Bought a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich on Italian Herb and Cheese bread with pepper jack and toasted. Veggies included Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onions, Pickles, Green Bell Peppers, and Banana Peppers with Sweet onion and honey mustard sauces.
Great food, great people working and running the store with ease. Would recommend to anyone when needs a quick lunch or dinner option!

Probably one of the best subways I've been to in a long time. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food is fresh. Four stars because Subway can only ever be as good as the food is. It's good, but not gourmet.
