When we got to our destination in Washington we needed to feed kids dinner. I figured sandwiches at Subway would be fast and something they enjoy.Well, we were wrong. My husband drove down there about 40 min before they closed. He walks in and stood for 10 minutes while the guy behind the counter was on the phone. The guy never acknowledged he was standing there. The guy turned around and said he was not going to help him and he needed to close and my husband had to leave. There was no sorry no nothing. My husband is not combative and was really just like "Really?"Pretty much locked the door on my husbands face. I'm already not a Subway fan in general but yeah, definitely no to this one.

Subway's Oven is the new McDonald's Ice cream machine.New ownership sign has been up for a long time, the oven has been broken just as long. Might as well change the sign to "we only serve cold food, our oven doesn't exist.".The previous 4 times I've visited in the past 3 months, the oven has always been "broken".

This is the absolute worst subway under its new management. I ordered through the app, the store was closed during normal business hours, and they absolutely refused to give me a refund or make me a replacement. In addition to leaving my information for the manger and never being called back, and the employees fairly enough don’t want to give me her number ?♂️. What a joke I literally used to shop here twice a week. Management is a joke, and the subs are literally never made correctly because only two employees know what they are doing at the time due to the high turnover rate. Not bashing on the employees, they have all been great.

Okay so I ordered 2 sandos online using a Promo buy a 12 get a 6 for free. I appreciate that this store was probably the only one to honor the nation wide promo in this area. I order a steak and chicken sandwich half an hour before I got there hoping to be have a nice meal to take to the lake with my dog and girlfriend. When I got there there were a few people ahead of me and when the lone employee wasn't busy I asked if my in order was ready so I could skip ahead to check out. She told me that I could get a refund because they didn't have any chicken or steak or bacon.... I said take care of the customer ahead of me so I could figure out another option to eat something from the menu around the same price... When it was my turn I asked if I could do multiple other options but she said no no no even though they were all cheaper than my original order. Needless to say I got alot less than I bargained/paid for and she even slid my sandwichs across the counter on too the ground.
