Subway is a chain store. What you get in one location, you can find it at any other location. This location has no working phone. If you place an order on the app (which you cannot cancel or modify your order from if there is a mistake) then you can not contact the restaurant to make the order correct.
I feel bad for the person behind the counter who is probably just repeating the line from the manager, that the solution to this is to place another order to correct the first.

I went in to buy a subway, and they totally porfiled me!! I walked in after dropping something on my shirt with a change of clothes in my hand. I watched a lady walk out of the bathroom qnd rhey said it was closed to the public, even tho there is a sign that theres a restroom there. Then after i said im a paying customer he still denied me to use the restroom!! What is this town coming too.

Today I grabbed a sandwich from 3212 northwest subway and honestly it was one of the best ive had super fresh veggies perfectly toasted bread and the sauces were on point the staff was polite and quick clean setup and customization options make it feel just right will definitely be coming back for another bite

First off. I only bought one Philly cheese steak with one scoop of extra meat. Service was crap all the veggies looked old and wilted. Told employee about veggies and he stated they were fresh. When veggie look transparent they are not fresh. The sandwich cost $23 and some change. I didn’t leave a tip because service was terrible. Crazy price for the crappy sandwich I got. I look at my bank statement 5 days later and there’s a charge for $38.74 for one sandwich. The employee some how added $15 to my order without my knowledge. Stay away from the store or subway in general. They are scamming their customers.
Ordered a turkey sandwich to go and it was the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life and when I got home to eat, the bread was moldy. Maybe hire staff that cares that they don’t make paying customers sick!!
