I ordered a pickup and when I got home my cold cut combo sandwich only had spinach in it when it should have had condiments and tomato, green pepper, olives etc. I am very disappointed.

Bread was stale and my sandwich was a joke. Hardly any lettuce and they forgot the cheese altogether. Would have brought it back, but was on my lunch break and didn’t have time. Whoever was working at the Barkley location at noon on 8/20/24, thanks for wasting my money and ruining my lunch.

I had the worst experience at this Subway location. I placed an online order. The worker made me a sandwich with just lettuce only and had the audacity to laugh when she handed it to me. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I expect better service and a decent meal when I come to Subway, not to be mocked. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon."

Wow! I haven’t come here in a long time and today was my first day. I remember this place used to have great customer services but not today. The young attitude man who made my sandwich was extremely unfriendly and made my entire purchasing the sandwich so frightening uncomfortable. I will definitely not coming back here ever again and I do hope the owner of this place would get rid of him asap.

Could not order online or using the app to receive "Two for One Deal" because an item was identified as not being available. However in the Subway next to Regal Cinema there is in fact veggie patties available--the only Subway in the Bellingham area that does. The store manager gave us a discount to match. Great service. Redeemed Subway. Very quiet and nice place to relax before or after a movie or if you are near by.#greatservice #customerservice

This is probably the best Subway I've ever been to, the bar is very low especially when compared to the Subway closer to the Seattle area but hey, thanks for providing good cake-bread sandwiches

My boyfriend & I came in 15-20 minutes before closing to grab a couple sandwiches after our movie was over at Regal .. they thankfully let us order. I didn’t get names but the tall one was super nice & professional. The short one had a mood & started cussing around about if one more person came in right before closing. I get that it’s not considerate to come in so late before closing but we just thought it wasn’t necessary for him to act the way he did. He slammed around the containers that the food was in too. It made me feel super uncomfortable. This guy acts like he hates his job.
