I have been coming to this specific subway for quite some time I always come in the evening right before or after dinner rush at the mall and I have always received the absolute best service I've gotten at any subway ever the gentleman that helps me is always the same gentleman that works evenings and he has memorized my order and has even helped me with my customizations for my sandwich has always been very helpful and very kind and I also have great conversations with him while ordering my food. I greatly appreciate this specific gentleman at this subway and highly recommend coming to see him if you want your food made correctly quickly and also have a great conversation at the same time.

Just go to another subway. My partner and I ordered on the app and showed up. They went through a line of 10 people before even starting my partners food even though the app said it was finished. They handed my partner his sandwich and i told them i had a separate order too and they just said “check the location on where you ordered” and then after a minute they said “oh what’s the name” and handed me it from the back already prepared. Completely rude and dismissive and the sandwich had very little toppings.

Asked for a 6 inch after they gave me a full Sandwich, I corrected him, they still continued to make and charge me for the full Sandwhich, use the wrong cheese, barely any sauce or toppings, wasn’t very friendly, weirdest subway experience ever

I ordered a protein bowl with double meat, and 50% more, and they sent me a protein bowl with a spoonful of chicken. The bowl was so pathetic that door dash gave me a ? refund. The protein bowl was almost $30 and they sent a scoop of chicken.

Went to the Bellis Fair subway. Stood there patiently waiting for my turn. Both people behind the counter, did not acknowledge I was even there. Both went right into filling an online order. Still said nothing. Neither of them said hey thanks for coming in we need to fill this and then will be right with. Nothing, not even eye contact. The guy behind the counter had rang up another person, who was a head of us,the clerk looked at me and ignored me. We stood in front of him for about 8 mins. Another gentleman came to stand behind us in line still nothing. We finally gave up and left. Horrible service.

Familiar Subway taste. What stands out about this location is the service. I’ve met the owner on several occasions and he is very pleasant and takes your order graciously. I also had the privilege to meet two younger employees who carried on the same level of service. Very polite, pleasant, and made me a great sandwich.
