Super friendly staff and the coffee is good! Got a white mocha (they make it with the powder which is the best way!) and customized it as needed. Easy to get in and out of this location and pretty short wait. Totally recommend!

This is my go to coffee! I love the seasonal specialty drinks, the staff is great at recommending delicious new things, and the coffee is quality. The best drive-through coffee in town! The only problem is the one or two baristas that consistently call me "honey" or "baby". I'm nearly 40, and having someone 20 years my junior call me diminutives like this is insulting.
The girls here are so nice and fun to talk with while my drink is being made. Great with my kiddos, too! Love this location.

I would say the only negative about this place is the location, it is a bit tricky to get too off of the main road, and the turn into the stand leaves you reaching very far to get your coffee, or giving up and opening your door to reach. This is no fault of anyone's working here, and they do such a great job it is easy enough to look past! The gals working here are always sweet and talkative and make a mean cup of coffee! I am very picky about my morning coffee, and I have never once gotten a bad one here which is actually more rare than you'd think. You will find that some independent shops have had to raise prices to an almost shocking amount ($5.50 for an americano??!?) but these folks have kept their basic coffees down at a reasonable amount which is always refreshing and then I am able to tip the difference anyways! Thank you so much Big Foot for making my mornings easier!

Sunday morning at 11am we got a legendary and a Marionberry iced coffee and they were terrible,this is not normal,the iced coffee was over sweet and not edible and the legendary was flavorless and tasted like warm milk ,we would have gone back to complain but we had just hopped in the i5 ,please correct or to play it safe folks will go to the woods coffee just a couple blocks away,huge waste of almost 15 dollars,would have been 0 stars but I know you guys can do better,we were under the impression maybe someone was being trained,warn people next time please

Pretty disappointed in this location. I usually prefer Big Foot over others because their coffee is really hot and made well. I drove 20 mins out of my way to get a coffee here today not only did they tell me they couldn’t sell me an ice water but my coffee came...very fast to my surprise. Get back on the highway (right next to this location) and take a sip and my coffee is cold....literally cold...and tasted terrible. Wasn’t worth taking an exit off the highway and back onto the highway that direction to get it fixed. Just disappointed in the rushed coffee and obvious lack of care in their service. Will double think before driving so far out of my way to come here next time. Bummer

They've lost my business for good. Ordered them on door dash this morning and there wasn't any option to add extra shots to my coffee order. I called Bigfoot to see if they could charge for the $1.00 over the phone for extra shots and they told me no and said there definitely was an option to add extra shots on door dash. I contact customer service who also tells me there is no option for adding extra shots. So, I call Bigfoot to tell them this and they say "well people order extra shots all the time on there" and her tone was just like I was a complete idiot and asking for too much. I then told her no even customer service said it wasn't possible. The barista just said yea there is and wouldn't do anything. I have two small children it's not easy for me to just throw them in the car in the morning. Plus I need the extra shots because I deal with extreme fatigue. I've been a barista before and if it were me I would have just given the person the extra shots....I mean I would love to give them the extra money but they wouldn't take it!!!! I'm so disappointed with how I was treated and how this was handled
