Best waffles I’ve ever had, they are the perfect amount of crispy in the outside and soft in the inside. Really great vegan options and yummy coffee. Also the staff were extremely friendly. If I wasn’t just in town for the weekend, I would surely become a regular.

We had the pleasure of dining here our last morning in Bellingham- both of my picky children said this was the best waffles they’ve ever had and they’ve been asking for it since-
I had a stuffed waffle sandwhich and it was a perfect balance of sweet and spicy- the service was absolutely amazing- I love the vibe- now when will yall come to Gonzales, LA and open a location 🤔

I wanted to give this place all-5 stars for the fantastic savory waffles I had here. The food is imaginative (the Canadian with the upended dinosaur was quirky and delicious. I didn’t eat the plastic dino.) All was ok, but the heavy super-bass techno music started having an unsettling effect on me. The dark loo with the blasting music nearly caused a panic attack. This might not bother you at all, but I hope management will fix this so customers’ experiences arent ruined by the music.

Just a little review to say that they forgot my second waffle order in a DoorDash order but they made it up with great service... DoorDash delivery guy went back and I got my food with a cheerful note and a card for free waffle in the future.

We have been in the area for only three days and have stopped in three days in a row! This place is incredible! My husband is gluten and dairy allergic, and the gluten-free and vegan waffles are the best we’ve ever had. They have such a great assortment of interesting toppings/ingredient combinations, both sweet and savory. We can’t wait to try them all! The service is very fast and friendly, and the atmosphere super fun!

Most items can be made vegan with an additional charge. We find this to be a vegan tax.

This brunch spot has a spunky ambiance and an eclectic vibe that sets it apart. I tried the Canadian Quesadilla, which was enjoyable, though I would’ve appreciated a bit more bacon. The extra 1.5 tablespoons of maple syrup came with a $2.50 charge, which felt a bit steep, so I wouldn’t recommend adding it. Overall, it’s worth a visit, but probably just a one-time experience for me.
