The swim clubs Christmas bar is my favorite place to go during the holiday season. I was so excited that they opened their Christmas retail store! I still got to enjoy delicious holiday drinks and got to see the Christmas decor I look forward to every year. I will be back again for more!

Well, we did it. There was 5 of us and we did the FULL MONTY! That means we got every single item on the food menu. It was $110 but you get 10 items - it's small plates and there were a couple we ordered another order but it was a fun thing to do! My favorite item: Chickpea Fries We came during the Miracle Pop Up bar event - and it was just as magical as the one I went to in SD the year before. I love the holiday drinks & the ambiance that this bar has - service was good. I wish I came here during their normal times so I can see how the bar is like not during a pop up event, but it just gives me an excuse to come back again!
I live in Portland Oregon and go up often to visit family, my first stop is always Swim Club. The drinks and food are amazing and the variety is always the best. The staff is so friendly and the service is amazing. Prices are good and the best part is the atmosphere of fun, laughter and friendly people. At first glance, secure your spectacles ladies and laddy's. This will treat your eyes as it does the senses. 5-6 to be exact. They play with tastes of old and new and play a party on your palate as only Gordon Ramsay or swim club could. Tickle your senses. Let the breeze blow on in.

I'm completely and utterly obsessed with this place. During the holidays they are a part of the "Miracle" pop-up and have a special menu of holiday-themed drinks and food items to go along with the AMAZING decorations and that is what this review is focused on. The honey fried chicken and cheddar grits were, to put it mildly, otherworldly. The bourbon stuffed apple was not my favorite but I think I'm just not a fan of baked apples (unless they're in pie, anyway). We tried several of the specialty drinks (all served in super festive glassware!) and our collective favorite was the egg nog. It did have a somewhat strong licorice flavor but overall was great.
