I real.
Ly don't like coming to this taco.Bell, but it's kind of convenient cause it's closer to my house.But I may have to stop this.The manager at this location is a little bit of a older woman and she's very rude and crude with customers. Shacks like she can't hear you when you get to the window.She is really freaking.Rude and everytime you ask for the receipt.She's also rude.I'm sick and tired of it.This aint the first bad experience that I've had with this place and other people have expressed this as well.But yet nobody will do nothing to her because she's a manager.If you ain't got customer service then you shouldn't be running a business.

I have been to this location many times and it gets worse every time, the food is cold and tastes very bad, the burritos are the worst and the staff is rude, one of the staff was cursing all the time, then he got me a to go order when it was a dine in, followed it by a dirty tray and a couple more curses, I have seen so many fights and rude behaviors at this store I call it the worst store in Washington, avoid it..

Our order was taken incorrectly, when we tried to have it corrected at the first window we were told we'd have to pull around to the back of the line and order it again.

Actually, first we were just told "No" and when we asked what that meant they shrugged and said "I just work here"...? Followed by more "No"s. Then when we tried to ask if a manager could help were told "The manager doesn't care."

We left to order our missing item inside and to talk to the manager, who hadn't even been told of the issue at all. I'm a vegetarian who could not have eaten anything after it had messed up, and my partner had a migraine after a caretaking shift with two developmentally disabled clients who had the flu.

So to the employee who looks like he was raised by an ipad and "just works" there, giving people the food they order is simply what you're there to do. Don't throw your manager under the bus just because you're incapable.

Taco Bell has there employees running a scam. When you order a meal they ask you if you'd like chicken or steak. They don't tell you they are charging you more. Seems like this should be illegal

Not one to leave reviews often, but this may be the worst Taco Bell location we've ever been to. New to Bellingham and we've been 3 times in the last month. The first 2 times, we had to wait, no exxageration, over 15 minutes in the drive- thru. This last time, it was quicker, but they forgot a few items in my bag that I didn't notice until I got home, 10 minutes away, but not after saying my card was declined. They asked me to use another card and then told me that it was their systems, not me. Just weird how the drive-thru person had no problem saying that out-loud and with such confidence in front of the 2 other coworkers. I just get a bad vibe from most everyone working and it's overall unpleasant atmosphere. We'd rather drive the extra minutes for better food quality and service. I called to ask for a refund for the item missing, but they told me to go back to have it remade. We asked the the whole thing be remade as everything was cold by then. Felt like a waste of over 45 minutes for this whole thing.

I got a craving box on the app but had a 10 minute wait when I only have a 30 minute lunch and they were not very busy. the taste of the food was good and made up for the long wait. the baja blast didnt taste flat or soapy either which seems to sometimes be an issue at some locations.

I love Taco Bell, normally. That said, I cannot stand the use of the ordering screen. Nobody will take an order at the counter. Older people like myself will not stand for this and I can almost guarantee the demographics on older customers has dropped tremendously. I for 1 will only drive thru if at all any longer.

I ordered $30 of vegetarian food and as I was eating it I found meat in every item I ordered besides the chips and cheese. I called the store and they told me to call back later so I did then they told me that I would have to “come in sometime and hope that the manager is working” to which I left my name and number and was told that the manager would be in contact with me. 5 days passed and they did not reach out to me. I filled out a contact request and they sent an automated message with a $10 off coupon. I was very clear that I would I like a refund for the $30 of food that I couldn’t even eat and all they offer is a coupon. I love Taco Bell but this is actually ridiculous. I work in food service management so I know how this should have been handled and I was very understanding and patient with them as I know mix ups happen. Overall I am very disappointed in this locations service and food quality.

Vegetarian options: They do not care if they put meat in vegetarian orders

I went through the drive thru . They kept trying to upsell my order and when I declined I got a bean burrito that was cold and dry and didn’t have half the filling it’s supposed to have and neither did the soft taco supreme I ordered!
I requested a large water and I had to ask for it when she was trying to close the window. I didn’t get the taco hot sauce I asked for. Get it together, people!

Almost $40 for 2 meals & 2 extra items. Almost $4 for cold cheese fries ? I wasn't offered any hot sauces. Food has become even more skimpy. Honestly I quit buying from here because there ended up always being an issue with my order 95% of the time. I do try it again from time to time (do to companions) but continue to be disappointed in some form. I will be saving my money from now on.
