Gave my boyfriend a basically unwrapped burrito which spilled into the bag, and when he asked for a replacement they denied any responsibility and made him buy a new one, kind of lame they were too uptight to replace a 2 dollar item lmao
The app said that my meal was ready and then I had to wait another 15 minutes. Staff was friendly, but it was definitely not FAST food.
