It’s Taco Bell so what do you expect really. HOWEVER the current supervisor or whoever is managing the restaurant seems to actually care. It’s Taco Bell food will be similar at most chains but I do get the feel they they care a few levels higher than the average location.

Got very sick after eating here. Stomach cramps very severe and diarrhea and felt like I was going to throw up. The kid in drive they was very kind and had customer service skills. I think it was the meat in the food I ordered that made me sick. Did anyone else have this experience in the past couple weeks after eating at this location?
My family and I all got food. All of our food was cold and soggy.

I hate to say this but this is by far the worst Taco Bell I've been to. Number 1: they are always trying to up sell you on every item you order. Number 2: when you enter Taco Bell they want you to order through the kiosk. They will not take your order unless you do it through the kiosk and they are very pushy about it. Number 3: you do not get your money's worth when you do an add-on. For example I ordered extra spicy and got two jalapenos on the taco. Number 4: the portions you do get compared to the price are not proportional. Number 5: the menu items they have on the app are unavailable at the restaurant.

We ate inside, the ordering Kiosk was fast, the manager was walking around talking to customers and was very friendly. During our meal inside the floors were sweep twice, they were very clean already. Not sure why all the negative comments, we were there about 2:30 in the afternoon. Our food was great and no issues at all. Lots of staff, it was great and hats off the manager who ran a great shift :)
