I'm a bit disappointed. Flew all the way from Portugal to have some Mexican food (not truly) but still. It's hard to find in PT so I was excited to see tacos de birria. The consome was flavorless and the tacos were over stuffed with cheese to make it look big but barely an oz of carne. Three tacos for $16 it was just disappointing that they skipped out on the meat. Anyway. Please make the tacos worth their price.
For many years, we thoughly enjoyed the food, service, atmosphere, and other customers. Unfortunately, downtown Bellingham has lost much of the businesses, especially since Covid.
Not only has the price gone up for food, but so has the parking.
The restaurant is clean and well maintained. We like the owner, recipes, and the salsa bar.
