Im always shocked when food this great comes from a truck! Ordered the fish taco plate. The rice was soft and nice, beans were exceptional, love when their whole beans and the perfect softness and perfect spices/sauce. The fish tacos were also amazing, just the right ratio of fish to toppings, fish fried perfectly not too greasy, overall very impressed and satisfied with the value for $ paid.
Buenos tacos de azada, lengua, cabeza, tripa. Burrito de buen tamaño. Todo muy bien empaquetado con precio justo y salsa suficiente sin cobrar extra como otras taqueras codiciosas (de la cordata y de blaine.) Gracias por el buen servicio!
Maybe idk what a good street taco is, but I’ve had a lot of them (inside and outside of Bellingham) and this truck is pretty damn tasty and probably the best in Bellingham… Give it a try.
