My sister and I were in the area knew that when in the States, one must try to find Mexican food! We drove right into the parking lot and the staff told us that we could park anywhere. We ordered 2 x cheese tacos to share and OMG, let's just say that we went back to order more after we were done. I loved the satisfying cheese "crust" outside of the taco shell! It's truly a level up from the regular taco, even though the "regular" taco is always fire as well! We ordered the pork tacos and chorizo! I love smothering everything in salsa verde. The staff members were so extremely friendly. It's not the fanciest I have to warn you, because you order from a food truck and there are small tables set up in a parking lot. and there might not be a place to sit (we were lucky because there was 1 table available), but the food was super delicious!

This is my husband and I's favorite taco truck. It's affordable, great quality and the flavor is out of this world. We prefer this taco truck over Tacos Tecalitlan, which was previously our favorite until they started using lower quality meats.Listen to the negative reviews if you don't like delicious, authentic Mexican food, provided with excellent customer service and awesome house made red and green sauces or listen to my review and have bomb Mexican food for the best price in town. ?

As a Mexican, this place is an embarrassment. Overly salty asada and everything else is mediocre. I went a few times with my white friends and every time they messed up their orders. Tonight we stopped out of convenience, the guy asked my friend if he wanted a burrito supreme - he clearly said yes. I got all the lettuce ect and my friends burrito was YUCK. OLD MEAT. So many other more legit trucks around.

Overrated.They charge $3 per lengua taco, the rest are $1.75. This was not made clear when I asked about taco prices.The lengua tacos were okay, I don’t understand what warrants the higher price for such a mediocre taco. I’ve had way better more filling ones in Seattle for lesser price. The best meat was carnitas, the amount of meat was very little and the tortillas tasted like stale flavorless cardboards from some store.The tacos were piping hot, they do accept contactless payment which is great and have seating area in front.Disappointing - I don’t recommend.

Flavorful perfect tacos at a cheap price. Picnic tables and a couple of decommissioned phone booths make for a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this truck.

Best tacos in the Bellingham area, always consistent and fast service. I would recommend updating your hours online, every time I go there’s a 50/50 chance the truck is open. It’s always disappointing when they are supposedly open and no one is there, not even a note or a sign. Hours says open today (Monday) from 11-7 and no one was there in the middle of the day. Online also says closed on the weekends but sometimes you are open on the weekends? Only reason I complain about this is because I literally love the tacos so much, and it’s heartbreaking when the hours says open and then you are closed (which seems to be the case at least half of the time I stop by, multiple days a week).Vegetarian options: They have veggie tacos, and always take off dairy no problem when asked
