This is by far the best food truck in Whatcom county. Consistently delicious food, friendly and kind staff, and the best quesabirria and nachos I've ever had. If you only have time for one restaurant in Bellingham choose Tacos El Tepozteco.

1st time here tonight and have been craving a really good torta, especially since my recent visit to another restaurant wasnt all that great. This place has been on my spots to try and im glad i finally did!! The Birria torta was very delicious! I love that they use cabbage instead of lettuce, that makes all the difference in my opinion. My daughter got the Quesabirria plate and she loved it as well, was stuffed after 2 tacos. We will definitely be coming back here to try out more of their food.
