I'm from San Antonio Texas and I can assure you this is the real deal. Their Cabeza tacos, and tamales are the closest to San Antonio I can find. Their prices are reasonable, the service is extremely nice and friendly. And since I have a broken leg, I love the fact that I can call ahead and just drive through with no issues. The only drive-thru Mexican restaurant that I can think of in Bellingham -besides Taco Hell.

If all restaurants were as reasonably priced, with the amount of food portions and that taste phenomenal, this world would be better off. So often the places just spice it up and burn off your taste buds, this place actually allows you to taste the flavors. I had the carne tostada and a tamale. Hubby had a quesadilla. I certainly would give more stars if possible. We are repeat customers and will be as long as they are there.
The food is amazing and priced to feed a whole family. The burritos are so big and flavorful! Plus, Mean Bean is the best! Thanks for being an awesome individual.

Worst food I have eaten maybe ever. $6 for a dried up tostada with a hair in it. I see now on the menu the price is shown as 2.50. No prices were shown on the drive-thru menu. I think I might have been given someone’s left over lunch. Never go here again. I can’t believe all these good reviews!
